Come back to a modern home complete with a screened lanai, private pool, and spacious living areas. You’ll also have access to the 15-acre grounds, community pools, clubhouse, playground, and much more. With space for 13, this house has it all!

Below please find the Bella Vida Resort and property Trash Policy. Charcoal grill available and must be cleaned and disposed off after use. Please do not leave any trash bags at the curb or the grass. This can result in a $100 clean up fee.
ALL TRASH must be placed inside the compactor or if excess trash must be taken to resort dumpster. Only household trash is permitted.

All Stars Worlds 2024 Home

We absolutely fell in love with this home the first moment we stepped through the door. Absolutely beautiful and communication was A+++ Great location. Peaceful and Quiet. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms! Definitely would return!

Disappointing

This trip was my fifth to Orlando and my second stay at Bella Vida Resort, and I am sorry to say that this property was the least maintated of them all. I chose this property as location wise it is very good, and large enough to fit a large group. Pro's - Both the owner and property manager were very quick to respond and resolve any issues we had, despite it being a holiday weekend. 10/10 Con's - Unfortunately too much to list. Main con was the pool area, it is definitely not as shown in the pictures. It was very old,not clean, not maintained and the furniture was very old and had stained the flooring. Kitchen also is not equipped for the large groups, not enough large pans, no extra's no thought for convenience. Geneally, the property is old. I would not stay here again, and i honestly think if the property is not updated and maintained that they will lose guests to the newer resorts being built all around.

Disappointed

Overall the house is nice community is an 10, but I paid for heating pool that didn’t never get warm, no cleaning supplies to clean the house. The family room tv didn’t work the entire stay. The pool needed to be refill, 2 bed was broke very disappointed about the heating pool I paid $100 for two nights they didn’t put in I had to pay for the pool until I arrived then they told it take 20/24 hrs for it to heat that was an disappointment really want an portion refund my family was very disappointed

Excellent communication

Very pleased with our stay! The owners were extremely responsive and the property was perfect for our large family. Beautiful community in a great location. Would stay here again!

Business/Vacation

Very clean home with plenty of space. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the security is great. Enjoyed our business trip mixed with some great vacation time as well.
