Located in the heart of the north eastern Catskills, this creekside 4 bedroom lodge has been refurnished and reimagined in partnership with West Elm and Pottery Barn.

The home is positioned in a perfect location for families looking to get away in a remote area but still be situated close enough to great towns like Hunter, Phoenicia, Prattsville and Windham

Great stay in idyllic winter cabin

We had a great stay over Presidents Day weekend with a group of 3 adults and 5 children. The house looks exactly like the photos, and I would go as far to say it's even better in person. Everything was well appointed and worked great, beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, host communication impeccable, and we were impressed with the overall vibe of the home. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect peaceful getaway!

Loved it so much the first time that we couldn’t wait to go back. Comfy house, wonderful kitchen, and the music of birdsong and creek babbles to melt the stress. Such a wonderful, serene property - and the hosts are amazing!

Home sweet home

The house was clean and in a good location. It was convenient for us. We skied at Belleayre Mountain. The owner kept in touch and followed up daily. Highly recommend

Precisely what we were looking for

Beautiful, comfortable, clean house. Great spaces to spend time together or be alone. Charming creek and yard that pulled us outside. Excellent communication and support from hosts. Highly recommend.

Long overdue family time

Peaceful and fun long weekend. The kids snowboarded and we ventured around. The house is beautiful cozy and warm. The property is stunning. It’s perfect. We really wished we could have taken advantage of the outdoor firepit overlooking the river but it was super cold and snowing. Next time. The beds were amazing!

There was a lot to like about this property, and a few things that I wish I had known before booking it. Pros:- The area is so lovely. We enjoyed the very quaint, small-town vibes, the beautiful evening drives through the countryside, and the peacefulness. If you want to see an interesting town - Hudson was great! - The location is right down the road from some fun activities for families (Railway Adventure, a few great hiking trails, and Woodstock)- The house is large with two living rooms, a spacious dining room, equipped kitchen, and generous bedrooms upstairs. The furnishings were nice and beds comfy.Cons: - Several minor things inside the house were unexpected given the price. When we arrived, the fridge was at 60 degrees.There was a thermometer hung haphazardly in the fridge, which cued us that this was likely a recurring issue. The hosts responded quickly and said that they would send a repair person in the morning, but that it had never happened before. The fridge cooled down to 40 degrees within about 10 hours. We had to throw out some food, which was a shame. The dishwasher rack is broken and the trash bin constantly slides open.- We were excited to allow our 7 yr old to play in the large backyard and stream. From the pictures, it looks like the stream is easily accessible, but in reality there is a steep bank that you must climb down to access the creek. This meant that an adult has to help the child climb down and stay down there to supervise.

Perfect for a relaxing reset!

Beautiful property, gorgeous bubbling creek and birdsong to unwind from the stresses of life. House is wonderfully appointed, comfortable and all the necessities. Really happy we found it, and already looking to book again soon.

Hi!

We’re Kelley, Pat, Samantha, and Kevin. We're four best friends who decided to purchase property upstate. We traveled frequently from NYC and fell in love with the area. Our goal is for our guests to have a seamless renting experience and hopefully fall in love with it up here just like we did!

Kelley & Pat moved from NYC to Phoenicia and live there with their son Teddy, who was born in 2020, and two creek loving pups, Doolin and Hank. Their professional backgrounds are a mix of event planning, operations, technology, public relations and hospitality. They got married in the Catskills and fell in love with the area.

Samantha & Kevin live in New Jersey with their two Bernedoodles, Caymus & Finley. Their professional backgrounds are a mix of event planning, marketing, sales, medical and cosmetic dermatology. They first fell in love with the Catskills while taking frequent weekend trips from NYC.
