Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas, the pool, fishing equipment, the right side of the dock (for safety reasons, please avoid the left side), kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and beach equipment stored in the outside closet.

NO ACCESS:
1. Our boat lift and boat. (We do have an additional tie up for your boat)
2. Part of the pantry is locked with our personal items.
3. Garage
4. Master bedroom closet

Other things to note:

Pet Policy
- Dogs are allowed with advance notice and approval
- There is a $400 pet fee per animal per reservation
- Pets must be crated when left alone — no free-roaming animals allowed
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets (chewing, staining, accidents, etc.)

Refund & Change Policy
- We have a strict no refund policy
- No reservation changes are permitted that result in a refund
- Please book with confidence and ensure your dates and guest count are accurate

Events & Gatherings
- No parties or events are allowed
- Quiet enjoyment of the property is expected at all times

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $100 fee
- If you’d like both and they’re available, the combined fee is $200
- Please message the host in advance to check availability and make arrangements
