Plateau 202-5 is a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with private sauna that can accommodate 6 guests very comfortably.

This newly renovated condo has many popular amenities such as POOL access,PRIVATE sauna and steam shower, ski in ski out, hiking from your door, Skating on the lake, real wood fire place and much more!

The kitchen has very high end stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to cook many feast . We have a Nespresso machine with milk frother, coffee grinder with fresh beans for the filter machine, pop corn maker, all pots and pans and cooking utensils...

Open concept with dining table for 6, living room with a fireplace and and access to the balcony that is equipped with a patio table and chairs and a year round bbq.

The master bedroom have a king bed, ensuite bathroom and a sauna.

Both the second and third bedroom have queen beds

Its location is ideal!! very close to the pool facilities and a short walk to the pedestrian village.

Yes you can if available but cannot be confirmed in advance more than 1 day prior.

What type of coffee maker do you have?

Nespresso (Small pods)with milk frother and a drip machine with coffee grinder

What items are provided at the property?

Fresh coffee beans, a box of Nespresso pods, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, basic spices, dish and dishwasher soaps, garbage and recycling bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, all purpose cleaner

What is the check in procedures?

You will receive a detailed email at least 3 days prior to arrival with all info needed

We have more cars than the number of parking spot provided. What do we do?

Tremblant have many public parking that are most of the time free like P1 and P2

Le plateau is an easy walk to the pedestrian village. theres a pool and water fall next to the condo. in winter time, its a great ski in ski out.

The plateau is unique. it like a resort in a resort.

Pool and whirlpool is open only in summer.
-Minimum age to rent is 30 years old or more
-No party, no excessive noise after 10 pm. Fines will be applied
-Be respectful of the condo as if it were yours
-Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Pro and con

We enjoy staying inside your condo… The only issue is outside, no light in the evening to see the stairs, it is quite dangerous….plus the handrail is broken halfway of the stairway. You have to put that on a to do list very very soon…. Yves

Decadent Bathroom & Well Equipped Kitchen

The word decadent comes to mind... the espresso & other coffee machines, deluxe cookware, very modern refrigerator and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and the master bathroom.... Loved the master bathroom with its tiled shower (with 3 types of water sprays), bench for sauna, as well as a wonderful jetted tub. Windows on back have views full of trees and the sounds of a waterfall and brook. Easy walks around the waterfall & brook, and the pool is right there (pool has max depth of 4 1/2 feet). Loved the condo and furnishings. It is a good 10 minute "walk" downhill to the pedestrian village (and a steep "walk" up hill back to condo). Some of our group weren't comfortable with the walk, and waited for the shuttle (which wasn't following the published regular schedule). For my husband and myself, we had a great time attending the Blues Festival and staying at this condo. Currently there is construction next door, so expect to hear some equipment noises during weekdays.

Great weekend in Tremblant

We loved our stay here. I came with my family and infant son for the Tremblant 70.3, and this unit was perfectly situated for us. It was close to the village and easy to access, and David was an incredibly communicative and welcoming host. The unit was in fantastic shape and gave plenty of space for us all--we're excited to be coming back again next year to stay again.

Amazing place and location

This condo is amazing and location excellent. Right behind the property is a trail with direct access to the main mountain and gondola. The condo was warm and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was our first time at Tremblant and we really enjoyed. The weather didn’t cooperate for us the entire time but we still had a great stay. Would recommend some updated smart TVs for the days when you are stuck inside. Overall great place and great stay! We would rent again.

Beautiful condo

This is a very comfortable, well equipped condo. The description of the amenities is accurate, including spices, coffee, etc that are provided. A "heads up" about ski in & ski out access - it was not open when we were there last week, due to lack of snow. The shuttle also only ran upon a phone call. It took 40 - 45 minutes to get a ride in either direction. Overall, we felt extremely comfortable and the response time from David was excellent! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
