• Half bath and laundry area with washer & dryer on the main level off the kitchen
• Lower-level den with seating, Smart TV (streaming only), and full bathroom
• Family-friendly amenities include a baby gate, high chair, and Pack 'N Play
• Brand-new 7-person hot tub and park-style charcoal grill on the lower-level patio
• EV car charger (Note: guests will need to bring their own adapter to use it)
• The main entrance is through the white door next to the garage, which leads into the lower level. The main level is accessed via interior stairs from the lower level

Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly (under 75 lbs, please), with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Dogs must be crated when left alone, and crates are provided. Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. For security, there is a Ring doorbell camera.
