Rustic secluded Oldman riverside cabin with one and a half miles private access. Minutes from Waterton, Castle and Crowsnest rivers. Only forty minutes to Waterton National Park. Mature cottonwood, choke cherry and Saskatoon forest. Drift boat and fishing guides available. Trophy size brown, rainbow, and bull trout. Many of our guests have landed their personal best! Rainbows and browns in the twenties and bull trout up to thirty inches are possible. Unlimited walk and wade for our guests. Miles of trails for guests and Fido. We are dog friendly. Two hours from Calgary International. Quiet and tranquil.

Our stay was unforgettable. The cabin was cozy, the riverfront setting was peaceful, and the wildlife — especially the birds — made the whole experience feel enchanted. We had an incredible time and lots of relaxation. Hiking Fishing or just hanging out watching the abundance of wildlife. Great place and highly recommend. Host is wonderful and going out of their way to insure you have a wonderful stay. We will be back. Thank you

This is an amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world on just enjoy beautiful scenery and a great location. Joe, the host, was incredibly engaged and responsive. Would stay here again.

So serene. Was the best getaway in a long time. Joe was very accommodating in all aspects.

Most peaceful getaway. I'd recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact we're going back next year

Peaceful retreat

We were looking to "get away" and have a private place to relax with our dog with access to water, woods and stars. This place was perfect for just that. Joe is great and was very welcoming.

A wonderful getaway

Joe has a beautiful property! The dogs loved running around and exploring. Joe took my husband fishing and he caught a fish! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Doggy Haven

The cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and is in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. Our pup enjoyed the free roam and playing with Joe's pups. Joe is an amazing host.

Joe is a retired rancher/outfitter that has decided to share his beautiful riverfront cabin with small groups and families that love the outdoors and especially fishing the pristine waters of southern Alberta....not to mention, if you ask nicely, he will happily share his Saskatoon and chokecherry berries when they are in season !!

Fish the Oldman River, Crow's Nest River, Castle River, Oldman River Reservoir. Waterton National Park is only a 45 minute drive away from this remote cabin.
