Excellent remodeled apartment (4th floor). Three blocks from the main metro line, in Santiago's best tourist area. Very safe neighborhood, located on a quiet street.
Steps away from parks, theaters, pubs, restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, and more.
**Includes private parking (for one vehicle).
**TV includes Netflix and internet only.
**No safety net for children.
- No visitors allowed.
- The apartment's maximum capacity is 6 people, including adults, children, and infants.
- Maid service is not included. Additional cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge.
- The reservation includes sheets and towels according to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Sheets and towels are not changed during your stay.
- The reservation does not include replenishment of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, dish soap).
- The reservation does not include food, bottled water, coffee, sugar, etc.
- Before arrival, you must complete an online check-in.
