INGROUND SWIMMING POOL - HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
This listing has an inground swimming pool. Upon booking this listing, you implicitly agree to the potential risk of swimming without a life vest and guard and hold us harmless. You are solely responsible for the guests on this reservation, including those who might stop by during your reservation.

No small inflatables or toys allowed in the pool as they will get stuck in the filter. Place pool floating noodles/toys in the corner between bathroom door and sliding glass door.

Tampering with any of the pool equipment, including electric breakers, will result in a minimum of a $500 fine and the cost of a pool tech coming out to inspect the equipment. Guests will be responsible for any damage to pool or equipment.

HOUSE RULES:
Do to many issues with company employees staying at our home, we no longer accept bookings for company employees without prior approval. If guests are found to be, or assumed to be, company employees, staying without approval, they may be removed from property. No refund will be given and an additional $500 will be charged. Companies permitted to book will be charged an additional $500 in advance of their stay.

Parking Rules: Per Deed Community rules, no boats, RV's, or trailers of any size can be parked in driveway. Two to three cars will fit in the driveway. One car can park in the rock area next to the driveway. No parking on the grass or on the road. No parking in garage. $100 per day fee may be charged for violation of these rules.

Quiet time from 10pm to 8am

No smoking/vaping/drugs on, or in, the property. A minimum $500 fee will be charged if evidence of violating this rule is found, and you may be evicted immediately without refund.

No pets allowed on or in the premises. If a pet is found to be on the premises, guests may be asked to leave immediately, without a refund, and a minimum of $500 cleaning fee assessed.

No parties/events. A minimum of $500 fee will be charged and guests may be removed from property without refund.

Guests may be held responsible for any damage to furniture and other household items. Please treat our home with care and respect, as we would yours. Please do not move furniture.

Tampering with internet equipment, security cameras, etc. will result in a $500 fine and possible removal from property, with no refund.
