Great stay but property can use some work
This property was newly renovated, the pictures on the VRBO sites are very accurate, the house was spacious and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is not as attractive but it is very quiet and safe. We had a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the house, the front patio was dirty and could have been swept before our arrival, the bedsheets in 2 out of three of the bedrooms/towels had other people's hair and blood stains on them. It was inconvenient considering we drove from Florida that day with a 1 month old, and wanted to just come home, shower, and rest. We reached out to Janie the co-host, she was really nice, she addressed our concerns right away and sent new bedsheets, towels and pillow cases. The house definitely requires some more work (flooring is creaking especially by the dining room, washing machine needs to be replaced very loud, weird noise coming from bedroom air vent closer to the street when you sleep at night feels like something is binging on a piece of metal it was scary the first night, sink in kitchen is leaking had a pitcher under it. Overall, it was a great stay, the host was great and easy to reach, if those little things are taken care off, will definitely stay there again when I travel to Atlanta.
