Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property manager was prompt in repairing the king bed. It had collapsed prior to check in.We prefer outdoor hottubs. We ended up driving to the mountains. Otherwise its a great location.

Pros of this condo: the view, location, comfort of beds, pool and hot tub access close and well maintained, building was easy to access and was quiet. Cons: lack of kitchen supplies, no cleaning product or kitchen towels, no spatula, rusty pots, shower door doesn't slide, extra comforter had stains on it. Prior to the trip the communication with Vacasa through Vrbo app was hit or miss and they had difficulty answering basic questions about property amenities.

Might as well sleep on the floor or couch. The beds are hard rocks. The pots and pans are so scratched and rusted it’s not even funny. Incredible place overall aside from the two obvious flaws. Not too bad of a walk to the lift either.

Pretty view. The location was good for attending a conference or skiing. The kitchen was tidy, but dishes and inside the drawers was dirty. Probably a previous guest made a mess and housekeeping didn't notice. Also there was NO COFFEE, a huge problem if you arrive late at night. Overall good value for the money.

We understand how frustrating it is to have to relocate, especially after only being there a short time. While booking platform policies and refund decisions are handled through Vrbo directly, we truly regret the inconvenience you experienced. We are glad to hear you found the home clean. Wonderful condo and location.

Condo was very nice and would definitely stay again. Close to Keystone and a few miles from Arapahoe Basin where my family skied. The walking/ bike trail is right behind the condo and is a beautiful trail.

Summer Get Away

Great place to stay. Very clean. We made use of the kitchen and grill everyday. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom, which is great when you're traveling with teenagers. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

The location was outstanding will stay here again. This place is close to everything. Keystone minutes away shuttle literally right out the back door. Abasin 10 minutes away and copper MtN 20 rode all three resorts in three days love this. Super family friendly as well.

Worked well for us

Size and condition worked well for us. I wish there would have been some information on thing like where the pool is located. We first went to the wrong pool and then found the one for our building. Places to eat information and rent ski equipment. We would use this condo again.

Beautiful vacation

My group really enjoyed our stay here. This was a girls trip for my mom’s birthday, and it was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. I have stayed in this area many times while visiting Colorado, and this location is perfect. It would be nice to have an outdoor hot tub in this area, but we still very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great and the check in was a breeze. Thank you!

Lack of sufficient cooking supplies for multi day trip. Poor water pressure. Slow drains. Broken dishwasher. Drafty windows and sliding door.

Old and needs renovation/cleaning

Walked in and smelled like mildew right off the bat. Bathrooms: one with a broken toilet, one with a broken shower door. Patio door wouldn’t close. Heating BARELY worked. Just over all did not feel clean.

Nice layout and location

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located for our group of four adults and two small children. The two bedrooms are on two floors and are separated from the common area. The condo is located close to skiing and shopping. A couple of issues stem from unclear communication--this property is advertised as "Fantastic escape near the slopes with mtn views, shared pool/hot tub, & balcony" but we couldn't access the pool with either the locker keys or keypad code. It seems like this is outdated info and made for false advertising. There was also little info provided about the property and condo itself, particularly parking and checkout, which was only provided after I contacted the Vacasa helpline. They were, however, helpful.

Do not book your stay with Vacasa

Me and my group did not have a good experience with Vacasa. The home looked very nice but it’s old and some of the things don’t work properly. The dishwasher did not work, tubs were clogged, there was a leak under the kitchen sink because of which the maintenance has to install a dehumidifier the team had entered the house without any prior notice or permission. They dehumidifier was also really loud and inconvenient as it had to be on 24*7 during our stay. We reported the problem but no one from vacasa team took and action. I would recommend you to NOT stay!
