3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private lake house all on one level

This place is all about the beautiful beach and shallow, sand bottom swimming area in a protected bay on Boulder Lake. The lake has great water clarity and quality fishing. The back deck overlooks the large beach (more than 100' of sandy shoreline) with just a gentle slope down to the water's edge. Kids will have a blast catching fish right off the dock. Bring your own boat to tie up and/or enjoy using the paddleboat and kayaks (2) available during your stay. You will have a lake view from almost every room in the house.

Bring your bikes to explore The Heartland Trail just a few minutes down the road.
This property is located between the adorable towns of Dorset (just 3 minutes away) and Nevis (5 minutes away) which have fun local shops and restaurants to explore.
Zorbaz is also just 3 minutes away.

Park Rapids is 12 minutes away.

There is a security camera in the back yard to monitor our dock and boat during and after inclement weather.

Great location! Perfect spot for a family. Cabin had plenty of room, great beach with water toys. Fishing was good from the dock.

Our third summer back at Boulder Lake and everything was picture perfect once again! Even with a few cold days, the location is close to neighboring tourist towns that filled our days until the sun came out. Our family feels “at home” here; comfortable living spaces, cozy beds, well appointed kitchen, beach and dock for endless hours of summer fun.

Great Family Getaway

This property was amazing, everything was as described in the listing. The beach area was well maintained and perfect for swimming, the provided kayaks and paddleboat added to the water fun. The house had the feel of home and would look forward to retuning again in the future.

One week isn’t long enough!

We enjoyed our stay again this summer! The beach is perfect for the little kids. Hours were spent making sand castles, jumping off the dock and swimming out to the big boulder. Being able to have fresh clean towels each day was a bonus with having a washer and dryer. We could have benefited from having 2 garbage bins outside, we had it full after the first few days. Hoping to make it back next Summer.

The Lake Vacation of our Dreams!

I will forever dream about this beautiful cabin, beach and lake! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay here, it was hard to leave! The entire cabin was extremely clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The sandy beach was perfect for our young kids; shallow, sandy bottom, warm bay and well shaded. Truly the perfect location. We enjoyed many hours on the lake boating, swimming, kayaking and fishing. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. I am already planning our calendar for next summer to include our return trip here! BONUS: the TVs & Roku for rainy nights, the outdoor sound system for all day country radio and close to so many cute, touristy towns!! We LOVED this place!

Relaxing summer getaway

My family and I had a wonderful week vacation. The cabin had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We spent majority of our time on the beach and floating in the water. Perfect sandy beach for small children. The beach toys that were supplied were a hit with the kids. There is a large rock about 10 yards out off the end of the dock, Heads up if you are bringing a boat. Abundance of sunfish and bass were caught. The busy road is close to the cabin, but easily forgot about when by the water. Highly recommend!

Lake home

This lake home was perfect for our stay, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The nice sandy beach area would’ve been perfect if my kids were younger. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boat and there was perfect space to tie up our boat to the dock. The trees between the house and beach were perfectly spaced for our hammocks and good yard space for playing yard games. We often ate outside on the deck and used the grill provided. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed. Overall we had a great experience renting this house and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

2022 Family Vacation

Pros.... Clean, Nice beach; Nice big back yard, Kyaks and paddle boat, water toys, walky talkies, all supplies for bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen. Plenty of cooking utensils. Overall is a pretty nice place. Owners seemed nice for the 15 min I spent with them checking in. Cons. It's not a private cove you have about 6 neighbors. It is quiet though. Lake is shallow for a little ways out. Front yard is off of a lttle town HWY steeper narrow driveway (Owners let me park truck the boat trailer in yard) so it worked out.. If your looking for a nice quiet small lake this is definitely the place.

Great place for a week away!

Everything was exactly as listed. Very comfortable beds with plenty of room for four people to have their own space. View from the deck is incredible especially at sunset. Really enjoyed the outdoor speakers, they were a nice touch. Lake is clear with a sand bottom. Girls really enjoyed using the paddle boat. Great spot for pan fishing right from the dock, couldn’t get them off the hook fast enough. The cabin water has a strong mineral taste so if you are not used to that would suggest getting a few jugs or bottles for drinking. The county road is right at the end of the driveway but we had very little traffic noise after late afternoon. No one wanted to leave when our week was over. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean, well kept. Lots of amenities. Excellent beach but not so great for swimming- mucky and weeds when you get out to 2-3 feet of water. The lake level was unusual low ( as other lake we went to) which is not in anyone’s control
