Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay in the Yuba apartment! Communication with Jen was always spot on and she recommended the most magical swimming spot on the river right in Downieville. We would all definitely stay there again.

Best location in Downieville!!

Recently remodeled unit with deck over Main St. in Downieville. Watch all the tourists and locals walk, ride, site up and down. New appliances , lighting etc... 1st time ever using VRBO. Would rent again!

Lovely, well-appointed private apartment above Downieville’s Main Street.

Very sleek private one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor in the old historic hotel building on Main St. Easy self entry and exit, felt very COVID safe. Apartment has very nice finishes - one of the nicest “Airbnb”s that we’ve stayed in. We especially enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony just above Main St, where we could watch the mountain bikers gathering, families walking by en route to float or fish, and everyone generally having a good time. Back in the bedroom it was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Full kitchen enabled us to make our own meals. Great stay.

A wonderful place to relax

Had a great time in Downieville the apartment was clean. The balcony with the rocking chairs was so peaceful. The lakes and rivers in the area are amazing. Would highly recommend a stay at the Yuba apartment. The only complaint was that we couldn’t get the TV to work. I would love to stay there again
