Sunset Shores is your perfect weekend getaway or long-term stay! Waterfront cottage featuring full lake views from the expansive deck, and from each bedroom and balcony (Indian Lake and Dunns Pond views). Perfect for a weekend stay or longer. There's a full kitchen, with Keurig to start your day / outside grill & picnic tables / waterside fire pit and seating area. Two kayaks are provided. Bonus! New siding and sidewalk. Please inquire about boat rental options.

Great property. Wonderful view with nice seating area/fire pit on the water. Space inside has great seating options to hang out around the TV or the cozy fireplace. The dinner table is situated perfectly for great views of the water while eating or playing games with friends. Found everything we needed in kitchen to prepare dinner in. Gary is a great host with good info for arrival and super responsive to any questions. Would return to this property!

House was clean. Kitchen was nice. Balcony was very dirty and even had a dead bird on it. Some of the windows were broken and one was green with algae. There were empty water bottles in the yard. Outside was not kept up at all. That was disappointing.

Great lake view and fire pit. Host answers almost immediately. House is well stocked with towels, pots and pans, paper towels, linens, etc. Clean and everything worked! Short trip to great coffee and doughnuts and pastries.

Better than expected. Gary was very kind and communicated fast and very well. Really nice, clean, neat and fully stocked unit. We rented his boat which was clean and ran very well. We could not have had a better vacation. We rented in July 2025 and also in August 2025 because we liked it so much. Would definitely recommend and visit there again next year and maybe for several years. Neighbors all friendly too.

Awesome place at lake!!! Sun rise views from one bedroom balcony and incredible sunset views from other bedroom balcony. Deck over water offered sun or shade with outdoor tv for sports!!!!! Great fishing spot as well. Super quiet area with limited traffic.

Family of 4-first time to Indian Lake. House worked well for our family. The outdoor area was better than expected and enjoyed cooking all meals on grill overlooking lake. Also, plenty of fish to catch right off the dock. That was a pleasant surprise. We did not rent pontoon, however, it is a really nice boat and on our last day when it was hot and there was minimal breeze, would have been perfect time to boat around and cool down and see all the lake had to offer. We will be back.

Great spot for girls trip

The house is in a great location, short drive to stores and restaurants and sits beautifully on the lake. The view is stunning and so peaceful.

Nice place and beautiful views!! Was the perfect spot for our annual Girls Weekend trip! Gary, the host, was great to work with; very nice guy and responsive. We also rented the boat on the property, which was super nice, very convenient and reasonable! Would stay here again!

The sunset was breathtaking.

House was hard to find. Upstair bathroom the light didn't work. Kitchen needs new can openener. The views was breathtaking.

Beautiful sunset

This house had the most beautiful sunset view we have ever seen on Indian lake. We have been renting houses on the lake for the last 20 years. The only thing that we would suggest for future renters is some sort of guide for lighting and tv/remote control situation. Oh, and maybe some condiments (ketchup/mustard) that have been left. Ps ...the people who are afraid of them won't use them. Caught fish off the dock. It was a great stay and we would love to stay again!
