Gulf Spray is a Unique Bohemian Style Community located at the South End of Sunset Beach with 5 Small Detached Buildings with courtyards & Gardens scattered throughout the community.

We are offering this One Bedroom apartment, Corner Unit with Amazing Direct Views of the Gulf of Mexico from your Balcony, Living Room & Kitchen. Immaculate, comfortable condo features awesome views, tile flooring, granite counters, white cabinetry, upgraded shutters & a cheerful palette throughout. Great view, parking was awkward but it's a nice cozy nook over-looking the beach. AC is loud in the bedroom, but the bathroom is pretty cool.

This was the second time my best friend and I stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time! This is the perfect place for a peaceful beach experience as this end of Treasure Island is not polluted with people/stores/etc. 15 second walk across the quiet street and you're on the powdery sand. The only thing not accurate is the picture of the kitchen that includes a Keurig...there is no Keurig there but just a traditional coffee pot. Luckily, others before us left coffee and filters so were able to take advantage of that kindness!

Host was kind and everything was as described. For parking you are looking for the letter A on the yellow parking bumps and not a big sign.

We really enjoyed the beautiful sea view, and the beach is just a few steps away, which is a big plus. The parking area around the corner is also very close to the unit and convenient to access.For us personally, the beds were a bit too soft. Dining on the couch is only possible using a fold-up coffee table, which might not be ideal for everyone. It would also be helpful to update the description, as the outdoor shower no longer exists.We stayed for eight nights and had a pleasant overall experience. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and all our questions were answered promptly.

The location is what we enjoy. Beautiful view of the beach, more neighborhood like then big condos. The space itself was ok, doesn’t have a table for eating, a coffee table lifts by the couch but we did not realize this until we were leaving. The bathroom is dark and the mirror is high. The space was older, needs updating. Also there was a moldy shower liner. When mentioned to the hosts, they said they were sorry and would have it replaced, but it should have been caught by cleaning company before our arrival.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Condo was clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Beautiful beach front view. Watched the sunset from the 2nd floor balcony every night and dolphins play during the day. Water was a nice blue color. Felt very safe. Thank you.

Thank you for a great escape to the beach! While the area is rebuilding after hurricane Helene, the condo was an oasis! Plenty of beach gear, great view of the beach, bed was comfortable, condo was clean, what more could you ask for!? Looking forward to returning and seeing the rebuilding progress in the neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The location of this condo cannot be beat, directly across from Sunset Beach. It's important to realize that because of the storm and flooding last year there is on-going rebuilding and construction all around this property, even the ground floor of the building is under renovation. But the beach is better than ever now that the beach restoration project is done at this end of Sunset Beach.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo, which has become our very favorite getaway spot. The location is an absolute gem, being directly across the street from the beach and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood toward the end of the key. We appreciate the condo being dog-friendly so that we can bring our pup, and the condo itself is so clean and comfortable with pretty coastal decor (I love the dolphin greeting you at the entrance and the Treasure Island themed bathroom, so fun!) We could have easily sat on the balcony all week just watching the ocean for manatees and dolphins. We can’t wait for our next stay, and thank you for another perfect trip!!

There is a charcoal community grill just down the steps from the unit, exquisite garden & outdoor shower allow for peace and relaxation. Sit by the water and enjoy peace & serenity. Great location!
