Your host is delighted to make this 3-bedroom cabin exclusively yours during your reservation. You will have access to the entire house so please enjoy your stay.

The only place that is off-limits is the owner's storage cabinets in the pool room, and also the pool equipment room. Everything else the guests can use and enjoy!


Other things to note:
➤ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living there 24/7.

➤ Some of the roads leading up to the cabin are windy and steep but well-paved. This is part of the charm staying in the cabin and in the mountains. However, if you are uncomfortable with mountain roads, this may not be the ideal location for you.

➤ Just a heads up, the back bedroom on the first floor is beside the pool pump room. You will hear the constant air blowing, but it's not loud. It may sound like white noise to some, but that particular room might not be for you if you are a light sleeper.

➤ Replenishments will need to be purchased by guests. Before arriving, please consider buying the additional items. There are plenty of supermarkets around to purchase your supplies. Please refer to the digital guidebook that will be provided to you after booking for a list of nearby stores.

➤ In the winter months, pls be prepared for winter conditions. A 4WD/AWS vehicle and/or winter tires might be required. Guests assume all responsibility for getting to and accessing the property. Host assumes no liability and does not offer refunds for weather-related issues.

➤ Please review the cancellation policy. We suggest getting travel insurance to protect your trip. It can cover unexpected cancellations or emergencies due to extreme weather conditions.

➤ Each TV is equipped with a Roku Smart TV. You can stream your popular shows, but please bring your own login and password for each streaming app you want to use.

➤ Your cell phone coverage might sometimes be weak or spotty, not just in the cabin but also around the surrounding area.

Neighborhood Description:

The cabin is located inside the Bear Creek Crossing, a gated rental resort community. Even though the cabin has its own indoor pool, you will also have access to an outdoor and indoor community pool in the resort.

Driving here is essential as the cabin is in a quiet and secluded location to give you the peace and privacy you’re looking for. There is free parking available. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and you can also park another car on the street in front of the cabin. Please drive carefully as you take windy roads leading up to the cabin, especially in the winter season.

If you’re planning to explore further during your stay, there are plenty of beautiful places to discover and all kinds of places to eat and shop. Here’s just a small selection:

PIGEON FORGE - 3 miles away
With so many restaurants and fun activities the whole family can enjoy, you'll never run out of things to do.

DOLLYWOOD - 7 miles away
Everyone is sure to enjoy a great day out at Dollywood, one of the local area’s most popular entertainment attractions.

SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK - 13 miles away
The entrance to the beautiful national park is just an easy drive away. Enjoy the many nature hikes, waterfalls, historical attractions, and sunrise/sunset views.

GATLINBURG - 12 miles away
With a much cozier downtown setting, there's more restaurants and entertainment for the whole family.
