Spacious Home

The space in the home was perfect for us to meet up with our college kids. The home was clean and had what we needed. The door code was not easy to understand but they were quick to respond when we could not get in. The hot tub was nice and hot.

Excellent

The house was a perfect meeting place for my adult children and myself to get together! It was spacious and comfortable for everyone to relax and had lots of sleeping options. Property management also were very helpful arranging for us to stay an additional day. Great place and I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at this property for several years now for our annual business conference, and it definitely needs some maintenance, but overall is a nice place to stay.

Just an all-around great experience

We booked for an entire month and I was a little nervous about the length of commitment but that proved to be unnecessary. The house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us and a rotating group of guests. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, utensils, etc. The location was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Midvale itself has plenty of restaurants and stores but if you want to go to SLC or Park City, they’re both easy drives to get to. We did all our skiing in Cottonwood Canyons and that’s another simple drive. Just an all-around great experience

Overall nice place

Overall very nice, lots of beds and extra sleeping space. Curtains on bedroom windows would be nice. Instructions for staying were confusing because of the 4 different places to get instructions most had conflicting information about check out procedures and trash collection.

It’s a great location outside the canyons and about 30-40 mins from most of the major ski resorts. The general condition felt a bit outdated but it met our needs. The wifi was just OK and required us to re-log in every day. It was good enough for video calls though. Hot tub is fantastic.

Nice house for skiing

Close to all the ski hills. House is used as just a rental and there is some wear, but it was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and hot tub so I would recommend this rental especially for a larger group.

They are not kidding about the Location!

There must be at least 20 restaurants within a mile of this place and access to skiing by bus or car is super easy and ski rental right down the street. We used the park to make huge snowmen. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the 3 big couches since often there is not enough comfortable seating for our group to hang out but this place was great. Lots of space for enjoying time together with our group of 7. No real complaints but note that the water pressure is a little funky and you have to keep the heat lower at night than you think b/c it gets super hot upstairs.

Plumbing is poor since the other houses were occupied, you can’t use more than one shower at a time or wash dishes if someone is in the shower which is tough with a full house. Staff was very flexible and pleasant, and easy to get in contact with.
