Rustic setting is serene. Bring your Pets!
Cabin includes outdoor BBQ, picnic table, fire pit! Cabin interior beautiful unique handcrafted cabinets, fully stocked kitchen appliances and dinnerware. Free coffee with single brew keurig. Linens provided, sheets, towels, pillows, blankets. Fully stocked bathrooms includes toilet paper, bath soap/shampoos, conditioner, blow drier like home away from home. Full AC and heat temperature controlled. Handicap rails in shower.
FREE USE of 4 beach tags for Long Beach island 22 miles by car free parking in summer!
Hiking / Kyacking: check out Mick’s canoe trips and / or Pinelands Adventures for nearby trips through the pines. (Reservations directly through company,) we are located in prime hiking area: Also enjoy fishing, kayaking or canoeing! 🛶

Serenity

Loved our stay at the quiet cabin! We live in a bustling city and wanted to some peace and quiet and boy did we receive that! The property is beautiful, clean and great outdoorsy space. We made fires each night, grilled our food, and enjoyed the outdoor lights. We were equally grateful for the fan outside in the gazebo since May got quite warm during the day. We would be thrilled to come back and stay again.

Property is just as described and then some. Very nicely equipped accommodations, very pet friendly in a rustic woodsy setting and the most welcoming host.

Week holiday

Great cabin in the woods. We wanted peace and quiet in the wilds and got that. Wonderful sitting on the veranda watching the birds.

mini vacation

My family stayed at this cabin over the weekend and we had a great little getaway. What you see in the pictures and read in all of the reviews are exactly what you get. From a cozy cabin, to fresh eggs and home made muffins. Very friendly host, very clean property a lot of land to roam and relax on. Will defiantly recommend staying here.

Jim Was very nice & accommodating, with everything from the things you need to know to even having things you wouldn't expect, such as coffee,tea, fresh eggs, popcorn, ice cream & muffins. It was a nice clean & cozy, reasonable & private place to stay, but it's still close to the shore. I would definitely recommend it.

Best place to stay with your dogs!

Loved the cabin; it was well stocked and absolutely perfect for my two dogs and myself. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has a fenced in backyard with a grill and hang out space. Beyond that, the property has well lit trails and a pond to let the dogs swim and run. Will definitely be coming back!

Great rustic getaway

It's the little things that put this over the top. Jim left us lots of water, Hershey's kisses, and blueberry muffins. He's very hospitable and gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived. We stayed for a long weekend. We took advantage of the fire pit one night. It was nice commutable distance to LBI, about 45 minutes at peak traffic (and he had beach badges for us to use). Also very close to Brendan Byrne State Forest, where we did some hiking. The Murphy bed was nice and had a good mattress. It fits one adult or 2 small children. Pull out couch was queen bed size (tip: use a flat sheet on the bottom as a fitted sheet won't fit over the ottoman side). All in all a very nice place to getaway in close proximity to the woods and the beach.

Special little cabin iin the pines

We needed to get away from the rat race and find some peace and quiet. Jim greeted us and our dog and was very welcoming. We stayed in a cozy cabin on a great property in the Pine Barrens. We took a trip to Long Beach Island and enjoyed the beach. We'd recommend this rental to others.

Really great stay

The goal was a nice calm weekend away and that’s exactly what we got here. Everything offered was great and Jim was a great host. Received fresh eggs and muffins and even got some tractor lessons along with my partner by Jim himself. Really enjoyed our selves and would even consider re visiting in the future. 10/10 experience.

Great trip!

The cabin is in a great central location for all the pine barrens activities. The property is private and peaceful. The owner, Jim, goes above and beyond for his guests. We had a flat tire, and he patched it for us. Couldn't ask for a nicer host.

Nice little place in the woods.

Decided to stay as a change of pace from the usual beach house weekend and was not disappointed. Had a great time in the Pine Barrens, exploring the surrounding area. Plenty of outdoor activities onsite, in the area. (Didn't have my dog with me, but definitely plan on bringing next time - very pet friendly.) Hosts, Jim and Effie were very accommodating.

Peaceful Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the quiet cabin. Jim & Effie were great hosts.Jim was even got my shy teen to come out of his shell alittle by the end of our stay! Jim greeted us with fresh eggs and muffins we took a tour of the trails on the property our pups loved the space to run and play even taking advantage of some swim time at the pond on the property. Wish we could have stayed longer but I know we'll see yall sometime soon thankyou for your kindness and hospitality.Definitely created a beautiful place here!

A great stay for us and the dog

My wife, our dog and I had a great stay at the Quiet Cabin. Jim met us for check in and made sure we knew where to find everything and showed us how everything works. He is easy to connect with if there are any issues. It was a great set up to bring the dog because the yard is fully fenced. He let us explore his property which included a pond, some chickens and fields which the dog could roam. The cabin is stocked with everything that is needed for a great stay. We would definitely visit again.

Awesome Find!

The property was exactly as described plus more! Additional amenities included fresh eggs, ice-cream, smores, muffins, beach passes, land to roam, etc. The size of the cabin was perfect for us with a 4-year-old and 1 year old. It was also a perfect setup for our dogs! Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy everything this property has to offer like exploring the land, kayaks, etc. because of the time and having 2 little ones. Jim was a very welcoming host and went the extra mile with our 4-year-old son by showing him his tractor!

Peaceful Retreat

We were looking for a place to get away from it all and we definitely found it at the Quiet Cabin. The cabin is cute and comfortable with all of the comforts of home but the outdoor space is what really makes it an amazing getaway. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch watching hummingbirds and the evenings around the fire pit cooking on the large grill and roasting marshmallows. Jim is an amazing host and really goes above an beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Our dog Stanley loved the fenced in yard and with a short drive we were able to take him to the beach for his first ocean encounter. This was the most relaxing vacation we have taken in a very long time and we are thankful for the experience.
