Central location allows for easy access to multiple attractions in the Logan area including USU, Ice Rink, Logan Regional and Cache Valley Hospitals, RSL Center, Logan & Green Canyons and so much more! Home features new flooring, fresh paint, super comfy beds and furnishings throughout. Enjoy the back patio for quiet Summertime dining or dine inside and stay cozy by the gas fireplace during the cooler months. New furnace and A/C units to make your inside time perfectly pleasant!

When we stay at an Airbnb, we appreciate having our own space and rarely interact with the owners. However, if you have need of something that we can provide, please feel free to reach out and let us know. We want you to have an enjoyable stay so please be sure to let us know if we've missed something. :)


Everything is close by but it's still a quiet neighborhood!

A smart lock keeps the access private with your own unique code. Only share this code with those you trust.

There is room to park 3 vehicles if one is parked in the garage. Please only park in front of this unit's garage and/or the parking space in front of the front entrance so that you don't block the neighbors garage or parking spaces.


Pictures show this space accurately. Two bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom in between. Owner suite is roomy and has a king bed and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and access the bathroom from the hall. The main level consists of the living/kitchen areas with a laundry room in between the kitchen and the single car garage.

Cache County provides a free bus system for all. There is a bus stop just across the street from this subdivision. Uber is hit or miss in this valley but may be worth looking into as it grows.

Please note: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties/events. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.

I would highly recommend this place. The locationis perfect, the view is beautiful and the owners are easy to reach if needed. Bedrooms on the 2nd floor, the only draw back was no TV in the bedroom. Everything was perfect, thank you. I hope to stay again.

Great place in the middle of town

We just had a quick one night stay here but it was great! The place was clean and bright and the beds were comfortable. It was also in a really convenient location, close to lots of stores. Thanks for the stay!

Great place in the heartbeat of Logan

Really enjoyed our stay at Ron’s condo! I was in town to help my daughter pack up for the summer from USU. We felt safe, in a clean home with a comfortable bed and a convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Short visit to Logan

Very clean, modern condo. Well furnished. Great location. Only minor issue was the only bathroom was upstairs, not a big deal for younger visitors but not easy for 70 year olds. Still a nice stay.

We love hosting and have found from the reviews that folks enjoy staying at our places! We met in 2005, married a year later and moved here together in 2008. Ron attended USU before that and convinced Brittany, who was teaching school in Arizona, that Cache Valley was the piece of heaven she had been missing out on for her whole life. It took a her a minute to adjust to a more relaxed pace but it's been a great place to call home and we are so glad to be here! :)

Cache Valley is a wonderful place to visit with beautiful mountain views and many opportunities to enjoy a wide variety of experiences! Life here is wonderful and while it's growing quickly, there is still plenty of small town feel and open spaces to enjoy. There are more and more fun places to eat popping up around town which allows for some fun and tasty adventures. The condo is tucked back in a cozy corner but Kohl's and Walmart are close by for any grocery or clothing items you may need. Head downtown to discover the local shops and more eateries as well and you'll get a feel of why folks love visiting this neck of the woods!
