Central to The Mall at Columbia, Arundel Mills Mall, Inner Harbor, BWI Airport, etc. This is a non-smoking/vaping property.

Gorgeous Room in Beautiful Howard County Neighborhood

The room looked better in person than it did on the photos. Clean, well-lit, and cozy property. Danny was also pleasant and responsive to texts. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy room, nice neighborhood

It was very pleasant. The property was nice and huge. It was very quiet and always smelled like fresh laundry. My host, Danny was very polite and accommodating.

Great relaxing place for Day Trips

We loved this place and working with Danny! It was safe, clean, easy to access and comfortable. We did day trips during our stay and found plenty of adventurous activities nearby. It was also only 25-30 min from the DC metro. We could have enjoyed an additional blanket as well as a drain plug for baths. Overall a great place and we would book it again.

Never traveled to Maryland before.

Not from the area came from Boston for a music festival and this place was great. Super quite, clean and comfortable. Was perfect for me and my two other friends. Located in a wicked safe area. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again Danny.

Nice and quiet!

Nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and Danny was very responsive. The only recommendation we would make is to get a new mattress, since it sunk in the middle.

The hotel alternative

It is very hard to find nice places to stay in Ellicott City, especially at a reasonable price. Dan's place not only fits the bill it surpasses it. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. The room is spacious and well kept. Dan was quick on responding to our request. Highly recommend.

Quiet Room in Suburbs

Super quiet room! Very clean. Lovely skylights. Kitchenette with keurig, ice maker and fridge. BIG room! I'd stay there again. I liked the bed. My husband hated the bed. It is soft. This is a personal preference issue, but it was mentioned in other posts.

Inside the property was fine and clean. Communication with owner was very good. But there was a strange feeling to it all, being in a quiet neighborhood, as in possibly bothering neighbors with a new car on the street (limited anyway) and alien people to the neighborhood coming in and out. Just felt a little out of place. Perhaps would be more suitable for longer term rental.

just what I needed

This was the perfect low-key place for my weekend at a wedding/visit in Laurel and Randallstown and Rockville. Near the relevant wedding places. Nice, large, open uncluttered bedroom space with computer desk/"breakfast table", plenty of light when wanted. Useful kitchenette with coffee, microwave and fridge. Pleasant residential neighborhood with lots of windows on the beautiful green space in back of the house. (And blackout curtains!) Good, available but undemanding communication from host. Thank you, Danny!

Nice and Clean

Met all expectations though wished there was a sidewalk or pathway for walking to the entry. Had to carry heavy luggage across grass then half way down driveway due to owner cars park in driveway. Would prefer to have a way to get luggage up and back from room easier though everything else met expectations. Will note floor creaked a lot when walking, could hear owners during the stay in the other part of house, and the trash can was very small which lead to stacking or gathering trash around the small trashcan. I would still recommend though wanted to provide a honest review.

“Hotel Like” is perfect description!

My son and I were in town for a lax tournament and this was the perfect place to stay. Being my first time using Vrbo, I was unsure, but turned out really well! Very nice neighborhood, host provided excellent instructions, accommodations were clean and private, and amenities even included a counter top ice maker. I didn’t want to sleep in the queen bed with my 18 year old son, so I slept on the couch. I didn’t pull the couch out so I can’t comment on that. The couch was long and comfortable for sleeping! If you plan to use the pullout couch, I would recommend bringing queen size sheets, a blanket, and pillow. I never asked for them, but didn’t see them in the room. Loved the walk in closet and desk with rolling chair.

Awesome Customer Service

Danny was quick to respond to our requests. I have never experienced better customer service. I say this because we misplaced the key to the property and Danny was able to let us in way past midnight and also provided us with a spare key. The property was clean and had all the items advertised. I would recommend this property if you’re planning to explore Baltimore. Downtown is about 25 minutes away and the neighborhood is good. Will surely consider coming back again if we plan to visit Baltimore.
