- There is a flight of cast-iron stairs that must be climbed to access the Carriage House. Use caution when climbing the stars. Children are not allowed in the Carriage House.
- The backyard is used by the main house.
- Booking this reservation means you agree to be respectful of the main house and give them their privacy.
