The Neighborhood:

his oceanfront resort boasts an array of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a leisurely river, expansive pool decks, a lively Tiki bar, social lounges, and oceanfront and indoor pools. Families will appreciate the Children's Interactive splash and play area, in addition to complimentary WiFi access. The resort enjoys a convenient proximity to attractions such as Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues, and the Alabama Theatre, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families. The unit comprises a combined kitchen and living room area and a bedroom, accommodating up to 10 guests within approximately 1,000 square feet of space. Revel in the exceptional amenities and breathtaking Atlantic Ocean vistas, which include the oceanfront pool deck, four pools both indoor and outdoor, three relaxing whirlpools, and a meandering Lazy River. Come and immerse yourself in all that this oceanfront resort unit has to offer.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Great location! We really enjoyed all Baywatch had to offer. The pools were fun to take a break from the beach. We had dinner one night from the bar below at the South Tower. Friday night was karaoke night, and we had a blast!

Baywatch is a great place to stay

The amenities of the resort are fantastic especially the bar and heated water features. This condo checks all of the boxes including separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The balcony being accessible from the master and living area is nice too! This condo and the resort are both clean and well kept.

Great location and view

The balcony was amazing! Great views, nice pool area, easy beach access. Kitchen has everything. Could use some updating. Couch and beds are not very comfortable but the space is nice. Not a lot to walk to nearby but the resort has restaurants and a little gift shop. Loved our stay because the views make up for everything!

It’s not bad for the price for what it looks like look in the photos but photos don’t match listing the beds are really uncomfortable and small full size not queen the furniture is worn out the dresser in the master bedroom the drawer stops don’t work so it came out and broke my wife’s toe. Absolute Worst Stay

Our experience at this North Myrtle Beach rental was disappointing.Leading up to our stay, the host, Baywatch, sent daily emails asking for a review—months before our trip. One day before check-in, they requested multiple verification items, and on our travel day, we received emails claiming our deposit hadn’t been paid (despite having confirmation). Instead of calling, they continued emailing, which caused unnecessary stress during our trip.Once there, we encountered more issues. On our first morning, an alarm instructed everyone to evacuate. We carried two kids down 18 flights of stairs, only to be told by maintenance that it was a recurring issue and not an actual emergency. The host never informed us about this in advance.The unit itself needed attention. Some stove burners didn’t work, the dryer wasn’t efficient, and the beds were uncomfortably firm. A chair on the balcony was broken, outlets worked inconsistently, and the kitchen knives were dull. The refrigerator needed better cleaning, and we saw a pest in one of the bedrooms.With better communication and maintenance, this rental could be much improved. However, based on our experience, I wouldn’t book again.

Perfect location, great view and spacious condo

We loved staying here and would definitely come back. Great location. Couldn't ask for a better one. The rooms were spacious and 10 ppl can easily stay here. We were a group of 4 ppl and really enjoyed it. Few suggestions. Maybe add some board games to the places. Kids enjoy the little surprises as they don't know what they will find. The kitchen didn't have paper towels. Might have been nice to have those. This's a beautiful property and if you stay here, you wouldn't be disappointed

Annual vacation

Ok property. Pricier versus other condos and hotels we have stayed at in previous years in the same area with the same amenities. Will probably stay elsewhere in the future, didnt see the value for the money.

Amazing view but the condo is just average

The balcony view is fantastic, with plenty of space. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are spacious. All of the furniture is comfortable to sit and sleep in. The rest of the condo is just ok. You can't really enjoy the view from the inside because the glasses were very dirty and we couldn't clean them because it was between the two glasses. One of the bathrooms still had water in the tub when we got there. The management expects each guest to clean and place the plates and silverware back to where we found them so that you can imagine that cleanness. We had to go out and purchase a coffee maker (the one provided was very, very dirty), hand soaps (none provided in the bathrooms, and the only one provided in the kitchen pump wouldn't work), sponge to wash dishes (none provided), and paper towels (the only roll provided has very few sheets left). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, mainly because of the location and the view. But to book this specific unit in the future is highly unlikely. If you do, I recommend that you check in to the unit first, look around and make a list of what's missing; you most likely need to purchase the missing items or whatever makes you comfortable in your stay and enjoy the place entirely.
