3 story end of row town house in a beautiful neighborhood (Hollins).

House is beautifully decorated with lots of modern amenities and decors, big screen television (enjoy ad-free YouTube videos, and catch up on your favorite amazon show & movies.) in all rooms and common area, and nicely decorated dining area for a cozy dinners.

Abundance of security, located just around the University of Maryland Baltimore campus.

Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in (Name on ID should match name on the payment method except for business guests). Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit is required, although the minimum $150 damages deposit applies to most guest, damages deposit may increase based on assessed rental risk. The property charges this at arrival, will be collected by means of an invoice sent to your registered email address. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. all was greatsneaky checkin process from vrboi was held hostage to get in due to no security deposit being made. vrbo didnt tell me i had to do that externally and the home owner wanted method of payment that isnt tracable and sounded like a scam. cashapp venmo etc. i dont have those. i insisted on cc payment and was given a very hard timenot happy. had to wait 45 mins to access house

The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say the design of the building was very interesting and the stairs will remind you of old town homes. The washer and dryer worked correctly and was a big plus allowing us to pack light. The owner was great with communication and reminded us of the rules/ check out rules making it easy to check out. Over all it’s an okay place to stay, the arcade machine and the singing bar was definitely a big plus.

Nice Place

The house was nice and clean. The rooms were warm and we didn't sleep on the top floor because it was a little too warm. It was a great time with family.

Short Stay

Property was a little smaller then i thought. Was very hot and thermostat was controlled by owner and was never set to a comfortable position and AC Was turned off in the middle of the night. Each room had a code on the door which felt unnecessary and the surrounding neighborhood was a little bit seedy. Bathroom on second floor water pressure was so hard it hurt your body to take a shower. Top floor bead rooms not friendly if your tall slanted ceiling make you hit your head if not carefull and steps leading up to upper rooms are very steep. Listing says downtown however it about 25 min walk to Downtown. Over all ok stay.
