Also included with your stay is access to a fitness center, clubhouse, and a member-only restaurant. This large Abbey Springs condo consists of two main-floor bedrooms, a loft area and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for mid-sized families and friend groups. Whatever the reason for your trip, you'll be happy to choose the Duck Pond Retreat as your vacation home.

*Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.
*One full tank of gas provided for golf cart, additional gas must be purchased.
*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.
*On-site parking available for a maximum of two vehicles.

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
