Book with confidence, this stunning newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious condo. Located in a premier location within Kamaole Sands, this condo has a rare, large floor plan (the largest condo at Kamaole Sands, 1625 sq ft) with ocean views, and is very close to Kamaole Beach 3. It is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the large shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Non Refundable Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

It is right across from the beach, well located in Kihei and had all the amenities we needed. The property was very clean and the property managers made the time very smoothe. There were a couple hiccups- like when we signed up to play pickleball and they didn't tell us until we had just started playing that they were closing the court that day for cleaning- but that was very minor. Could not have had a better vacay!

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and that they had a wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach towels available. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Maui!

This property is really wonderful! It is updated, spacious, clean and well-stocked! It was a nice surprise to have kitchen staples and laundry supplies. We appreciated the wagon, umbrellas and beach chairs too! The location makes it easy to walk to the beach (literally across the street!) and drive to highlights of the island. The airport is 1/2 hour away and the coasts are each an hour - so this is centrally located! The resort is nice and has helpful staff. Check in and check out were easy as well! We would book another trip here!

Incredible stay

We’ve been to Maui a few times and this has been the best accommodation we’ve stayed. Modern, clean apartment that is really well stocked. It slept us comfortably. Just across the road from the beach with a nice pool. Definitely recommend.

Beachfront Kihei

Our stay was great, the property is exactly as advertised. The remodel is great, our family was comfortable in all of the bedrooms. It was great being a stone's throw away from the beach and in walking distance to stores and shops along the kihei strip. We would recommend to others and would definitely return. Thank you, Matt!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of the property was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property management company was incredibly responsive. The patio was a bit warm because the AC blows hot air onto it and the bedroom on the 2nd floor lacked privacy.

Thank you for being our guest and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the upstairs bedroom, it is an open loft bedroom as shown in the photo's. We also have a label on the lanai door recommending that while sitting out on the lanai, the ac units should be turned off to prevent the ac unit from blowing on the lanai. Unfortunately that is how all of the ac units at this resort are configured as per the homeowner association rules.

Very nice place!

Beautiful view with great living space! Only 2 drawbacks: master bedroom in loft is somewhat open to the living room and the air conditioning units on the deck blow hot air onto the deck.

Family Vacation

The unit is an outstanding condo for a family vacation with many ammenities on the property. The unit was beautifully renovated and furnished. The only improvement we recommend is to add more lighting to the living room/family room area. We wanted to read and do puzzles and the room was fairly dark in the evenings.

Great location, beautiful condo

Walk across street to the beautiful beach, view of ocean, great location. Beautiful, spacious, quite condo. Everything needed. Some beach items and plenty of towels. Parking is not covered but no problem for us as nearby. Ac took awhile to cool and upstairs did it get as cool. Dining table and coffee maker were not clean but rest of Condo was good. Would stay again.

Great Location and Great Condo

The Condo was great for our family. However, the only down side was the lanai, we couldn't sit outside due to the hot fan blowing constantly unless you turned off the inside A/C (which you could not, due to the hot summer) - we love to sit and have morning coffee on the lanai and was not able to do that this vacation. Overall, we loved the location in Kihei, right across the best beach. The complex/resort is beautiful, has a pool and activities the whole family can enjoy. The condo was very clean, excellent stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, was able to wash clothes and had a great selection of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Need a downstairs dresser/drawer and would be great to have a shelf in the downstairs shower. We stayed here with our two children, 10 & 14 and my in-laws in July 2023. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the condo too.

In regards to the hot air blowing out from the unit, as mentioned on the lanai glass door, the ac needs to be turned off and then no air will blow out from the closet. All of the condos at this resort have to have the ac condenser units installed in the lanai closet as per the homeowner association rules.

It was very clean, great layout, spacious for a family of four. The one downside to the unit is that the air conditioner blows hot air directly onto the balcony from a closet. The view of the ocean is beautiful, but noisy with the unit blowing and very hot. We really couldn’t enjoy the balcony. The grounds of the condo area are pretty. The pool is decent, small for that many units. The beaches directly across the street are great so no need to go far. Easy drive from the airport and basically anywhere on Maui. I would say if you are looking for a resort feel, this is not it. It does not have much onsite, pool and gym. Shops and nice restaurants near by, but will be a short drive. For that reason I would say it’s a little overpriced for the amenities.In fairness, my opinion might be different if we were able to fully use our condo. We were notified on arrival that 2 of the 5 days of our stay we would have no electricity from 9-3. No elevators, no access to the pool, no use of anything electric in our condo. That limited our use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The one amenity of the pool was shut down. The second day was our check out day. Instead of being able to enjoy the beach or pool in the morning we had to be packed up and out before 9am. We were on the 4th floor and did not want to carry our bags down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. PMI offered a half night discount for the inconvenience. For the price I paid this was not sufficient. We should have been notified before we checked in and offered free cancellation and full refund to book at another location. I did not want to spend my 5 days in Maui complaining so we just made the best of it. We already spent 10 beautiful days in Kona so this was the end of our trip. I was slightly sad the entire 5 days and wishing I had booked in Kaanapali like our last trip to Maui. I won’t book at this condo or with

Thank you for being our guests. We are happy that you found the condo to be beautiful, well equipped and very clean. In regards to the AC, all of the units at this resort are the same in that the hot air from the AC system is vented from the outside closet and onto the lanai. The simple fix to fully enjoy the outdoor space is to simply turn off the AC while enjoying the beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It is unfortunate that your stay was disrupted by the unplanned emergency electrical repair which required Maui Electric to turn the power off to the entire resort. This was unplanned and we as a management company we were given little notice. We realized that this would impact our guests stay and as such refunded our guests 50% off for the days in which the resort was without power during the 6 hour window. Our hopes in giving this refund was that guests could use the money to enjoy lunch out, or do a few extra activities during the shut down. Most guests found this refund to be reasonable (and a side note in that other rental companies gave their guests no refund as this disruption of service was outside of everyones control...) Thankfully, the repair to the resorts electrical system is complete and it should not be an issue again moving forward. Once again our apologies as we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay.

Shaved ice, cinnamon rolls, yummy fish tacos, mexican, you name it!We loved the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft/bedroom. There was plenty of seating with 2 living room spaces. The decor was incredibly nice and the condo was super clean! The pool area was one of the nicest I've been to in Kihei and the grounds were impeccable with amazing greenery and flowers. There are also tons of bbq stations with garbage cans, large tables for your whole family to enjoy dinner. We loved staying here and will definitely come again!

Spacious Family Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 grown adults and one infant arrived to this condo with no expectations. It was great! Clean, updated, and lots of room for us all. Air conditioning worked great which is important for us. There were some extra spices and condiments left behind along with a couple of lovely welcome goodies. What a nice surprise! The only thing we were a little saddened by was the lanai( patio) as it is a smaller one and tight for us all to be on at same time. But the location to the beach and the view from the patio, beautiful! Matthew was available at any time, just a email away. He had a broken umbrella replaced right away and was ready to pop over when we had TV Issues. As well, answered so many questions right away before our arrival. Great company to work with . Thanks for making our trip comfortable and memorable.

Amazing property

The property is absolutely stunning. The unit itself has been totally up graded and is nice and spacious. The air conditioning was amazing. Beautiful ocean views. 100% will be staying here again!
