Getting Around:
The water is swimmable and accessible directly from the courtyard.
The lake is closed to motorboats.
Nature excursions are suggested in the vicinity of the chalet. You'll need a car to get there. The Chute-à-Bull regional park, the Forêt Ouareau regional park and the Sept-Chutes regional park are our strongest recommendations.
Val St-Côme ski mountain is 1 km from the chalet.

Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors.

Security deposit
A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. The amount is $1,000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
Rules for Dog Friendly
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ One dog only
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
