Sleeps 10-12 people with 5 queen size beds and one king size master suite. Better than Saratoga lake for fishing and skiing!

This stunning fully fenced in and gated property is meticulously landscaped with a private sandy beach, large dock, and fantastic space to entertain. High speed Wi-Fi in every room and a dedicated office for those discerning multi-tasking vacationers. A fully remodeled and furnished kitchen with brand new appliances awaits you and all your cooking needs. This home is designed so every room has a view of the lake! The great room is attached to kitchen, office and large back deck for an open flow concept that keeps drawing you back to the water. A large stone mantled fireplace in Great Room houses a large TV and Sony sound bar for all your entertainment needs.

Every bedroom has been remodeled with the luxury you expect of a high end rental. Expertly appointed with fine linens and bedding, large screen TV and High speed Wi-Fi. Every room features a Queen Size bed and a view of the water!

All three full bathrooms feature a double sink and high end towels as well as all your showering and bathroom accessories. Appointed with luxury vanities and marble tops you will find these spaces large and comfortable.

A large covered wrap around front porch has enough seating for the entire house. This yard features gardens and ample space to entertain everyone. A ball wall and tree fort with stairs right on the water awaits children and adults alike. Enjoy your private Beach. This zero degree sandy beach is great for young children and adults.

You will have access to the entire home with ample parking within fenced in yard, private 185' beach, and private dock. A canoe, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and paddleboard are available for your use.

Secluded location on Ballston lake. This 3.5 mile long lake provides fishing, boating and swimming in the summer and hosts various sporting events all year. Easy access to I-87 Northway, village of Ballston Spa, Malta, and 15 minutes to Downtown Saratoga. Additionally, you are 30 minutes from Lake George and the Adirondack park.

This house, indeed, is a little slice of heaven, & we loved it! The lake house was comfortable, clean, well stocked, with comfy beds. The spacious decks, beach and beautiful lake had many toys-well used! Dave was a gracious host. Our family had the best week! We will be back.

We stayed at this location for my daughter’s graduation and its close proximity to the SPAC center. Its close convenience and size was a great way to accommodate both young and old. There was a lot to do on the property and we were able to cook meals on the grille and in the large well appointed kitchen. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows and provided comfort when inside or outside the house. The view of the lake was stunning and we were outside a lot. The hot tub was not functioning properly which was disappointing but did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return for another stay. David was very accommodating and helpful/responsive during our stay.

Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun.

Lakehouse

This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host.

Great stay at this property. Good location. Only 15 minutes to Saratoga. Very quiet neighborhood. Lake was great. David was very accommodating to anything we needed.

Terrific family friendly home. Nice beach and dock. Lots of water toys to use. Responsive property manager. Kitchen is well stocked with basics. Nice deck with 2 tables and seating.

Beautiful spot

The property is beautiful with many amenities. Everything we could need was at the house. The kids loved the waterslide and swimming out to the floating raft. We made use of the paddle boards, canoe, and kayaks. The fully fenced in yard made having the dog stress-free. Location is close to anything we needed while still feeling like a getaway. David was quick to communicate, even late at night when we experienced a power outage. Would stay again!

It was a wonderful stay. House was in a great location, right on the lake. David met us at the house and did a walk through with us, showing us all the amenities and made us feel very welcome. We fished, hung out on the large blow up raft on the lake and around the fire pit at night, used the kayaks and pedal boat, hot tub and oh there’s a karaoke speaker. We all had a blast. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and beds are comfirtable. We all agreed we would definitely come back!! Thanks David

Lake House Stay- Graduation celebration!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. I highly recommend a stay at this house!

Girls weekend

we are a group of 6 women who rented the house for a spa weekend in Saratoga. Perfect location, peaceful and quiet with an easy trip into Saratoga. We will be renting here again. David was a great host. The house was exactly as listed.

Best Weekend!

From the moment we booked our trip, David was amazing! The house was even better than we expected. The grounds were spectacular and the lake front was incredible. Everything you need is in the house which is so thoughtful and I noticed it is also an accessible home which is very rare and wonderful. We will be going back again! Thank you David!

Perfect large Family gathering spot

We had a great stay on Ballston! 12 family members all convened to celebrate our college graduate. Three generations all enjoyed to house, yard and lake access. VERY well stocked kitchen. I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental with quite the awesome supply of condiments, spices, cooking apparatus. Beds were comfy and there were enough towels for a regiment. If we are back in the area I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed. We were a family of 10, including two toddlers and one infant. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space was gorgeous! There was so much to do and everything was very well maintained. We loved using the canoes, the hot tub, the hammocks and the grassy side yard. One of our favorite things to do was sitting out on the dock, both day and night, enjoying the peace and tranquility and the beautiful views. I highly recommend this property! David was wonderful to work with and he made everything easy.

Ballston Lake

Our family had a great time at the property. We had our elderly mother with us so the one bedroom that was on the first floor worked great for her. We also had a one year old and there was a port-a-crib for her. Fenced in yard was great for the dog and the sandy beach was a treat for the kids. Would definitely stay here again. The Russell Family

The Best!

David is a fantastic host and we can't wait to go back to this property again. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, the lake was beautiful, the amenities in the house were fantastic. I loved the reverse osmosis water for drinking water. There were plenty of toys to play with in the lake so everyone had a great time! Thank you David!

Bachelor Party Weekend

The Ballston Lake house was perfectly located for the activities we had planned in the Saratoga area. We wish we had another day as we weren't able to take in the numerous possibilities that the property and house had to offer. It is right on the lake and has a considerable sized yard for games, etc. Hope to return in the future.

Amazing week !

We had 4 kids with us ranging from 4 to 10, and we all had a lovely time. Fishing, Canoeing, Camp fire, etc. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING you would ever need at a lake house - incredibly thoughtful. I would definitely like to come back. 10 out 10 !!

Serene Family Vacation

We stayed locally for a family wedding. The host David was very accommodating from check in to check out. The property is gorgeous. We sat outside by the lake alllll day. The lake was surprisingly warm! The kids fished and played in the water all day. They ran around in the yard, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of seating for eating inside or outside. The AC worked well. The beds were comfy. It was a great family vacation with a lifetime of memories made.

Family vacation

House was perfect for our needs. House had 5 large bedrooms with enough room to set up pack and plays and kids beds. House was right on the water. We loved kayaking and fishing off the dock. Sunrise over the water was lovely. The location was convenient to Saratoga Race Track, concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and downtown to Saratoga and Ballston Spa Our host David was most gracious and even personally thank us with a gift. I most definitely recommend this property

Best of Times on Ballston Lake

We had a wonderful New Year’s weekend at the Ballston Lake House. David is a very welcoming host - he greeted us, left a welcome gift and was available if we needed him (we didn’t, but it was nice to know). The house is absolutely beautiful - modern kitchen, everything well equipped and well decorated, comfortable beds and most especially a hot, hot tub! The beach and yard looked like they would be great fun in warmer weather. The only thing to note is the listing says 6 bedrooms - the house has 5 actual bedrooms, with the listed 6th being a small den that has a pull out sofa bed. Ballston and Saratoga are great fun of course. Again , really lovely place and we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Family Weekend

We just had lovely family weekend in Saratoga. David was very accommodating! He was there to greet us and give us a tour of the property. He was easy to communicate with and quick to answer. We had a great time inside with the board games on a rainy day, as well as spent our sunny day on the dock with the waterslide, on floats in the lake, on kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, and in the hot tub. The house is about 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga too. So much to do! We loved that David’s place was pet friendly because that is often hard to find. All in all, it was a lovely weekend and we highly recommend anyone to stay here!
