Hi, Ann’s property was great. Spacious, clean, good kitchen, excellent shower, and comfortable bed. Communication with Ann was great, she’s very responsive. I would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood but close to nearly all you might need.For me, very close to the job site.Comfortable and convenient. It was perfect for me.

There was no hair dryer as listed. The washer and dryer and ironing board were behind a door that had a sign saying Authorized Personnel Only. We messaged the homeowner and she did not reply. The last morning of our stay we were woken by her banging on our bedroom door, not the front door. She blamed VRBO for delaying our request. I stated that now was not a good time multiple times. She would not go away as I requested. She messaged me asking that I not leave a negative review and instead of giving me grace to do laundry and check out late, she sent me a message stating I needed to be out by 10 and I she was surprised I yelled at her. She also complained that we did not park correctly and were inconsiderate. To our knowledge there was only one car in the same driveway on our last night and we were forced to park behind and not beside them because there was not enough room. We have pictures documenting the signage on the door and where we had parked.

Maureen & Her Husband started out as great Guest. April 4-7th . On April 7th checking out at 10:00am - as stated on the Listing. She requested early checkin but We have to block our calendar the night before So no Guest can book night prior to accommodate early checkin. We requested a small fee ,Maureen did not want to pay small requested fee. We accommodated early Checkin for this Couple blocking the calendar night before so they could have the early checkin with a new Guest arrival at 4:00 pm April 7th.check out date. Cleaning Crews are scheduled to arrive at 10:15am At 11:32 pm the night before checkout Maureen puts on Vrbo inbox she cannot find the Laundry room. It’s clearly stated on the Listing the location of the Laundry room and also on the back page of Guest book provided in the Apt Unit. I have been renting for 6 years and never had Guest not be able to find the Laundry room on the level. The sign on the door clearly states Laundry for Garden Unit throgh here and shared with Host.Maureen left a message on Vrbo inbox last night of their stay at 11:32 pm stating they could not find it. I read in the morning - I left message on in box in Vrbo . I went downstairs and lightly knocked on back door of the Apt Unit to inform them where the Laundry room was - Maureen started yellin The driveway is large and 4 Car park. Openings on either end of the drivewayMaureen did not ask for a late checkout. at 11:32 pm Maureen left a message She could not find the laundry room

Safe, quiet, quaint New England Style area.. Gorgeous Stately Oaks, Maples, & Elm Trees 🍂🍁🍃 while driving to the Property and one gorgeous 400-year-old Silver Stately Oak on the Property. Maple Trees and
beautiful seasonal flowering Trees. Walking distance or quick drive to the parking lot that takes you on a 5-mile bike path along the Blackstone River with beautiful views. Blackstone Shoppes right there also close by.
Location has easy ^& quick access to all major Highways yet quiet and tucked in but not far off the beaten path. Love this! Quick easy access to all markets, pharmacies, post office & movie theaters-a special one in Millbury Center called The Elms movie Theatre -how it was back in the day- updated but yesteryear (1950's) era.
Popcorn and Movie and a beer/wine or soda pop ridiculously low price. Owner fun and very welcoming, plus find a luxury movie Theater up at the Blackstone Shoppes!

After visiting the Breakers, visit the Cliff Walk in Newport, RI, an absolutely iconic 3.5 scenic trail

Visit Waters Farm in Sutton. See Beauty in Hawk Hill Apple Orchard, Stows Orchard - both in Millbury.
Visit Boston to see the Boston Aquarium, The Chart House Restaurant or Legal Seafood right there on Long Wharf. Check out Fishing Boats down Cape Cod. Captain Brian of the Blue Fin Charters in E. Falmouth - for a fishing trip. The best of New England all around us.
