LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! We are a couple blocks away from the world’s most beautiful beaches! We are located on the less congested far east end of the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. No parking garage or waiting on elevators here. Park right in the driveway or street out front. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, gift shops, and more!! Super close drive or walk to Schooner's Beach Bar, Sea Screamer, Island Time Sailing, deep sea fishing charters, Capt Anderson's, and MORE! St Andrew State Park is 1.1 miles away from our home! 1.1 miles from Rick Seltzer Park (public beach park w/parking & bathrooms with picnic areas & lifeguards). Boat ramps nearby (Dolphin Boat Ramp, Quail Boat Ramp, & Safari Boat Ramp) all within 1.3 miles. Neighboring condominiums are Treasure Island Resort & Seychelles where you can visit any family or friends who may be vacationing there while you are here. Publix Sports Park is 5.2 miles away & Frank Brown Park is 11 miles away.

You'll love our beach home and all the conveniences & best restaurants nearby! You will feel right at home at "Our Happy Place" and we would love to host you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made everything effortless from check‑in to check‑out. The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 8-10‑minute walk to the beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect Florida getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place closer to the beach.

We stayed in this property a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we didn't look anywhere else when planning a return trip this year. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is a very short drive from St. Andrews State Park. As before, the house was very clean and well-equipped, and Dana was a great host.

Beautiful Home in PCB!

Dana’s home was beautiful, convenient and comfortable! Dana was a super host and very responsive to all our questions. The house had everything we needed - equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beach toys! The location was only a mile from St. Andrew’s State Park, a perfect place to sail, swim and snorkel. Thank you, Dana for a lovely stay at PCB!

Very nice and clean home. The hostess was very responsive and attentive and and the home was fully equipped with everthing needed including toiletries. Quiet neighborhood and just a short stroll to the beach.

Lovely accommodations, amenities as stated, everything anyone would need for a quiet and comfortable home away from home. Our hosts were kind and personable, who made us feel welcomed. Immaculately clean, furnished, washer/dryer, all linens and fully stocked kitchenware for homecooking - even bakeware. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, beautifully comfortable lodging. Excellent! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing! Walk to beach 🏝️! Super clean and matched my ocd ! Everything you could ask for in a vacation house ! Next time I know just to pack my clothes lol ! Super friendly host ! great neighborhood! I honestly was shocked photos do not do this place justice! Convenient to everything . I absolutely will not stay any where else ! The home was immaculate. The Hosts were absolutely amazing! Even had a little beach bag with goodies for my kids! I cannot say enough good things about them! Would definitely book with them again. The only negative with my 5 day stay is that the front door lock takes some getting used to and would have liked a little more outside room for the kids. Other than those 2 insurmountable things, our stay was amazing 10 out of 10.

Nice location!!

Just a short walk to the beach! Great location! Nice little “extra” provided by Dana! She knew it was our anniversary and left us chocolate covered strawberries and wine!!

Amazing house and host

My boyfriend and his 4 kids stayed here last week. We had an absolute great time in PCB. The house was perfect for us. Listing was accurate and the host was very easy to get in touch with if needed and checked in on us as well. Already looking at dates for next year!!
