Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town,15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port.

Elegant house is a modern, comfortable and sunny apartment. The bedroom and living room overlook the sea and the town. The apartment has one bedroom with brand new beds, comfortable mattresses and high quality beddings. There is a fully renovated bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Breakfast and other meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which has an electric cooker, fridge, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, cookware etc.
