Guachipelín is one of the best places to live ad stay in Escazú and San José. The property is on the main road in a residential area surrouned by premium homes. Car / Uber recommended for getting around. You can walk inside our beautiful property or go for a morning jog outside. Nearest commercial plaza at 1km. Highway 27 at 2km. 3.3km to Multiplaza and Escazú´s commercial center.

If driving or taking UBER/Taxi, Highway 27 is only 2km away. Avoid traffic hour during weekdays (this goes for all of metropolitan area: 7am, 3pm, 5pm). Quick access to Santa Ana (<15 min).

This is key in Costa Rica! Quick access to highway 27 is essential. Otherwise, one can get stuck in traffic for a very long time.

Bus stops right outside of the property. To Downtown Santa Ana, Downtown Escazú and San José.
