Great stay!

We had a great weekend with our family! The property was just as described, clean, and a great location. The pool on property was also great for my 1.5 year old as it has a shallow end. Overall a great place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here over Memorial Day Weekend. My children are already asking to stay here again! Check-in was easy, owner was very easy and kind to work with and it was an overall great experience.

Great condo for a family getaway

We always stay at the Knolls and this property was well maintained, clean and amazing. The location on the water was fabulous and the owner was very caring. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect weekend

Host was the most responsive host we have ever had. Almost immediate with questions and requests. Condo was clean and in a quiet area.

Went to pool every day very nice. Cooked every meal and had all the utensils and pans we needed.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Wish we would have had a better view of lake from deck, and a grill on the deck would be a huge plus.

Winter getaway

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space with 2 room and 2 bathrooms. You can tell the whole complex is a little older but the amenities (indoor pool & tennis courts) had a nice touch. I would recommend this unit to someone else.

Perfect!!

The condo was absolutely perfect for my family and I. Beautiful view, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had everything we needed. Keith was extremely quick to respond to any questions. We are definitely sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Trip with grands

The condo was a great size for the 6 of us. The grands enjoyed the pools as well as being in the same bedroom together. Would have liked the balcony to be just a bit bigger but it worked. Overall very satisfied and was well equipped. not too far to drive to the many attractions at the lake.

Peaceful back deck!

This condo was great! The beds were comfy and the back deck was our absolute favorite place to hang out! My only suggestion is that you add a few items to the kitchen to cook with such as cooking oil/Pam, some spices, sugar, etc. The kitchen was pretty bare compared to other Knolls condos.

Spring Break Stay

We stayed for a few days over spring break. The place was very nice and spacious. Keith was very responsive. The extra facilities such as the tennis courts, indoor pool, and clubhouse were very nice. We were there on a chilly, rainy day and when the indoor water park was way too crowded, and it was nice to be able to just come back and swim at the pool in the complex instead (and saved some money). Overall, it was a very nice place.

New grandbaby at the lake

Came to the lake to meet the newest member of our family. Our son & daughter in law (who also live at the knolls) had our first grandchild. It was such a nice visit. The condo was clean and we loved the decor. It was great to feel at home and comfortable bringing a 2 week old to visit her 5yr old uncle and 11year old aunt. We have decided to make it a yearly visit. Thanks so much for having us at your beautiful place.

Summer memories

We had a great stay at the Knolls and at this property. This was our first time to the Ozarks and it was an overall great experience. The condo is very nice and well equipped. The king bed is in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms so the kids got to use the extra patio and larger bathroom. This worked fine for our setup but the king bed bathroom is smaller (but workable). Keith was quick with his communication. Would book again.

Great LOTO Condo

The Condo itself is very nice and in a great spot overlooking the cove. The Knolls is our off season LOTO destination for the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and now tennis courts. We used the tennis rackets from the condo, our kids really enjoyed playing tennis, who knew?! If there is one negative, its a tree blocking the view off the deck.
