Welcome to our quiet getaway @ the beach. Our updated condo is located in North OC/ocean block & includes many amenities -an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower & parking spots! The condo is a one bedroom with two full baths. All linens, towels, & starter toiletries are included as well as 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. The unit over looks the pool and is just steps to the beach. We also provide beach gear as well. Located minutes from Fenwick Island and Northside Park.

*the unit is located on the second floor. Note** there are only stairs to access. No elevator. End unit with lots of views.

-Queen sized bed is very large and has its own full bathroom (full size shower/tub)

Very nice and clean accommodations, very spacious and comfortable!Wish we would have known the unit was right on the main road, that the hot tub was completely out of service, and that there were 40 stairs up to the unit.But overall we had a great, relaxing week. Less crowded and still beautiful beach weather for early September.

Long weekend getaway

My wife and I rented this condo for a long weekend trip for a 4 day/3 night stay. Everything was very nice in the condo and we were very comfortable. While we were not too close to the boardwalk, it was pretty quiet and relaxing. We had a great time!

We highly recommend this location especially for a romantic getaway. My husband and I really loved this location. The location was quiet even the beach area was calmer then the broadwalk side of Ocean City. Walking distance of restaurants and activites. Parking is right next to entrance of the property.The home was clean, spacious and update to date. The hosts had great communications even when we had a questions around midnight.

We loved this unit. Easy access to the pools. Walking distance to the beach. Great communication with the owners. Access to their beach chairs was a nice bonus. Everything was extremely nice and modern.

I gave the overall rating a 4 because there were a few things I fell needed to be fixed. Other than.

The en-suite bath only had hot water in sink. My husband said when he looked and the hose was kinked. He would have fixed it but didn’t want to touch anything , so we only had hot water in sink. Also the place is so nicely decorated but the shower areas should be updated. When we turned on shower water it was brown in en-suite for a little while. Then it was good to go. Just a few issues but overall the place was really nice. We would definitely rent again.

Hi Angela. I do apologize about the brown water and hot water but I did follow up with you about it and never heard back so I presumed the issue went away. We would have gladly had it fixed had I gotten a response back. We are still currently renovating the condo so not everything is fully updated yet.

We loved at our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in close proximity to restaurants and the beach. The pools were easy to access.
