Welcome to "The Katie House" by Southern Valley Homes! Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this home right in the heart of Warner Robins! You will have everything you need in this home featuring a Huge Game Room with Pool table and 75" TV, Large bedrooms all with their own TV, free Wifi, Free Parking, Full Kitchen with granite countertops, Free Washer and Dryer, and Private fully fenced-in backyard.
Bed Layout:
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and then there is also a pull up sleeper sofa in game room and sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests if needed. So close to almost everywhere you want to go!

This house is unique because it has a large fenced in private backyard and has a great layout with the Game room on the far side of the house away from the bedrooms so as not to disturb anyone trying to sleep.
