Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service - October 31. Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. This beachfront, three-bedroom penthouse is located in Panama City Beach at Long Beach Resort. Every room features spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white beaches! We are situated in Tower 4 on the 14th floor, which is the top floor.
The living room and dining room showcase a cathedral ceiling and open onto a 270-square-foot tiled terrace, offering breathtaking views of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The spacious balcony features a dining table and two chaise lounges, perfect for relaxing. The dining room table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen bar offers additional seating for two.
This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals after a long day at the beach. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony adjacent to the living area or wake up in the master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, or in the second bedroom with two queen beds and full windows providing amazing views. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king-size bed and a full-size loft bed, along with a private terrace.
For your convenience, our condo includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a deep sink. During your stay, you can enjoy fantastic amenities, including a beachfront view, three community pools (two which are heated), a hot tub, and a poolside restaurant (seasonal) that offers sandwiches, snacks, and drinks.
When it comes to dining, you’re in for a treat! There are plenty of excellent traditional and seafood restaurants in the area. We are conveniently located just down the beach from the world-famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.
The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Clean and comfortable. The condo was spacious and very clean. Perfect location to restaurants and beautiful views. Pools were heated and clean. Only complaint is only 1 elevator worked in the building.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo – it truly was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, nestled between the bustling tourist areas yet still peaceful and serene. We were able to walk to so many great restaurants and local amenities, making everything super convenient. The condo itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Fun in the Sun at Long Beach

The condo was as advertised. Our group of 6 ladies and 1 toddler had plenty of room and the 3 full baths were awesome. The location and views were spectacular. We had a bit of trouble with the A/C resetting to a higher temp but Farah with the property management team was quick to respond and send someone to check it. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo.

Communication before our stay was excellent. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Security is on cite 24 hours. All the pools are clean and easy to get to. Beach was beautiful and the included loungers were accommodating. Groceries are 2 blocks away. Food options are within walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked. Balcony views were epic.
