Enjoy the view that even fireworks at Dollywood & Pigeon Forge in season! This location offers the convenience of being close to town with Mountain and Downtown Pigeon Forge Views, and is only 6 miles from Dollywood. This Three Bedroom cabin has great features for your next getaway. Relax on the swings by the outdoor fire pit overlooking the Pigeon Forge View. Do you need a relaxing soak in a hot tub? Look no further. You don’t have to miss out on the views from the hot tub after your hiking or shopping from your day. Moose Haven is close to outlet malls, restaurants, dinner shows, and attractions yet far enough way to enjoy the Mountain View while soaking in the hot tub or in a rocker on the deck sipping your coffee or after dinner conversation with family and friends.

Moose Haven features a no step entry to the main level amenities. When you enter the cabin you are greeted with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen offers microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot (Keurig and Standard), and stove. The main level living room offers flat screen television, couch, 2 recliners, sleeper sofa, and a year round electric fireplace. Relax inside from the living room or from the outside deck with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. The main level offers a king size bed and access to a bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a bunk bed room that features a flat screen television, air hockey table, and basketball game. The upstairs master suite has a view of downtown Pigeon Forge, King Size bed, Flat Screen Television, and on suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. Some of the other things that will make your stay comfortable is an ice in freezer, central heat and air, full size washer/dryer, and all linens provided! Including towels and wash cloths. Outdoor surveillance device for security purpose.

Would you like to go fishing while you are in town or go swimming? Moose Haven Cabin has access to Honeysuckle Meadows seasonal outdoor swimming pool, deli, and year-round outdoor fishing access. The pool is located about 10 miles from the cabin. Moose Haven Cabin not only has access to this year round fishing pond that you do not have to have a fishing license to fish at this private catch and release fishing area. This Honeysuckle Meadows outdoor recreation area is just a short drive from Moose Haven Cabin and features beautiful Wears Valley area Views of the surrounding Mountain Area. This cabin has it all for your next getaway to the Smokies. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Sleeps 7. Non Smoking Please. No Pets.

The pictures are 1000% overrated rated for the property. The property was not clean and the picture on vrbo for the property make it look like things are really new and clean but in reality property is old and dirty. We checked in on August 28 at 4 PM only toiletry supplied was less than half bottle of dish soap and hand soap in bathroom. There was no sponge/scrub for dishes in the kitchen. not a single extra trash bag only 1 trash bag was provided for 3 days. None of the bathroom had any body wash, shampoo or a single extra toilet paper roll. The toilet paper roll in the bathrooms had less than half usable supply of toilet paper on it. The biggest issue was the front door lock and the tone and the directives provided by the emergency call number lady. We were locked out of the cabin on Sunday 31st at 11 PM due to malfunctioning front door lock. I called the emergency call number and was told to wait for 3 minutes and let the lock rest. The emergency line lady said she will call back in 5 minutes to check if we were able to unlock the door. I followed the directions for unlocking the lock it still did not work. The emergency lady did not call back. I called the number back again after 15 minutes to update that i was not able to get the lock to work. After that I was given incorrect code for a scrolling lockbox on the side of the deck. The lady kept insisting that the code was correct based on the input from maintenance. I kept telling her it is not working. not enough space

Nice Location

Nice location and view of Pigeon Forge. Could see the fireworks from the deck. Close to everything. Cabin has nice layout but could use some upgrades. Upstairs shower does not drain and definitely needs an upgrade. Poor lighting. Basketball game is broken and not even same one as shown in photos. The cleaning crew is very poor and seems to do the very bare minimum. Hot tub seemed to not have chemicals in it and started to get a smell after first couple days. Also randomly get a sewage smell near the laundry room. Could be a really nice place with just little work and much better cleaning service.

The cabin was great but quite a few cobwebs. The internet went out one night so no tv and lady at answering service was rude and would not help in any way.

The Moose Haven Cabin was cute, and very comfortable. The view was beautiful. The road going to the cabin was a little surprising. At one point we thought we weren’t going to make it up the mountain. The driveway is also precarious. It is very steep, and the street light was out when we arrived so it was hard to find in the dark. I really think you need to provide details about the steep driveway, and the curvy, steep mountain road leading to the cabin. I did however enjoy my stay at the cabin.

Great location with a great view!

We loved our stay at Moose Haven. The view was amazing and the drive wasn’t difficult. Our 3 year old also loved sitting out on the porch as well as playing basketball in the bunk bed room. All around an amazing vacation and we would recommend this cabin to everyone with or without children.

Nice view!

The cabin was great! The only thing i did not enjoy was the construction across the street from the cabins back deck. My husband is a construction worker and did NOT enjoy walking out on our deck and hear a job site going on all day long. Loud machinery, loud banging, and a lot of cars that even blocked the road a few times, when we was trying to leave. I was woke up from the nosie 3 out of the 5 days (2 days they did not work) we stayed at the cabin.It was a bummer because i live in atlanta so i came to the mountains for peace and quiet and that we did not get. Overall the cabin was great and if it wasnt for the construction, it would have been a perfect stay at the cabin!

Great location with nice mountain views

Great, clean house with modern accommodations. Everything was clean and all items we needed were provided. WiFi was good and all TVs worked for videos before bed. Good DVD selection for relaxing after a day out. Good location to groceries and downtown fun. About a 25 minute drive to easier hikes and the wonderful downtown options in Gatlinburg.

The cabin was exactly as the pictures. It was beautiful! Close to everything & the view from the upper balcony was beautiful in the mornings. Grandkids loved the basketball & air hockey games in their rooms. Will definitely rent from this company again!

Moose Haven Cabin

My family and I really enjoyed Pigeon Forge. We did not enjoy our stay at Moose Haven Cabin. To say it was dirty is an understatement, it was absolutely filthy and I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the cabin. The pictures that are posted on VRBO and Fireside Chalet's are deceiving, so renters beware! I understand this is a cabin surrounded by woods, but the inside of the cabin should be clean. Upon entrance to the cabin there are cobwebs throughout all the bedrooms, from the kitchen ceiling, and by the front door. There is carpet leading up the stairs to the bedroom and bath. It had not been cleaned and there was grass/dirt on the stairs. I wore my shoes the entire time I was there. The layer of dust throughout was awful, the headboard on the bed where my husband and I slept had a thick layer of dust covering it. The upstairs bath shower/tub combo was disgusting. I could not figure out why the water was not draining, when I did a closer look there was a thick ball of hair covering almost the entire drain that had to have been there for some time. A note to the owner both of the bathroom vent fans need to be replaced as does the shower upstairs, the drain is rusted. Also the lighting was very poor in both bathrooms and they really need lights above both vanities. The hot tub had brown items floating in it and I immediately got out after I saw that. The salt bobber that is kept in the hot tub is rusted out and needs to be replaced.

Four day getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was exactly as described in the listing. Only complaint would be the loudness of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful clean place to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights April 2024. Location is great, about 15 min off main strip. Very quiet and wonderful view of the city. Plenty of outdoor seating. The swings surrounding the fire pit was very nice to relax and hang out. Beds were comfortable. A lot of room inside to sit and enjoy each other. Plenty of kitchen supplies. House was extremely clean. Washer and dryer provided and works. Definitely a nice place for a few or multiple people.

Perfect Location perfect View

We had an amazing stay. Fireside Chalets were fantastic and walked me through the alarm when we hit a snafu checking in. The home was comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a mountain getaway. The view was fantastic with the city lights to the left of you and mountains to the right. I would definitely stay there again, and would definitely rent with the property owners again.
