The house was spectacular. Modern, clean, plenty of space for a large group of people. Nicole communicated daily and even brought us some eggs from the chicken coup. 10/10 highly recommend

Lovely!

Great location, close to wineries, farm stands, and the beach. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great Friends Getaway

This house worked great for our friends getaway. It was spacious and comfortable with the living space situated on one end and bedrooms separate on the other. We loved the short walk to RGNY!

Gem of a house

This is nestled away from the road noise and has a lovely garden and pond. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Family reunion!

A big group of us came from AZ to visit with our cousins, aunts and uncles who all live in the area. This house was so perfect for us! We even had a gathering/BBQ at the rental. The beaches close by are wonderful! Nicole is an amazing host and we’d love to stay again sometime!!

Bridal Weekend

Nicole was a fantastic host. The property is STUNNING and beyond clean. We were a group of 12 and loved celebrating the weekend at the house. Nicole always answered ASAP and made our welcome beyond anything any of us have experienced at any rental before. Loved our stay! Definitely recommend and definitely will be staying again soon!!!

Fabulous with Tranquility

enjoyed a wonderful weekend sept 6th-8th celebrating a 60th birthday with 12 girls. Highly recommend this beautiful spacious home! Living room,dining area, and kitchen beautiful layout and bedrooms were perfect with beautiful decor throughout the home. Excellent communication with the owner. Well stocked with everything you would possibly need. If you are viewing this site, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Nicole for sharing Your wonderful home and we will definitely be back. A breath of fresh air.

You literally drive onto this property and feel calm approaching you. Our plans changed last minute and we needed a getaway. Nicole was amazing to work with from the get go. The house had everything we needed and equipped with directions. We felt cozy here. The beds are comfortable, the entire place clean, plenty of bedding needs and towels as well as an equipped kitchen. The kitchen and dinning table allowed us to have just right family experience. The outdoors was sensational with the hot tub and shower. I felt peaceful while enjoying a local glass of wine and reading a book in the yard. We went for walks and my run to the beach and back was spectacular. I look forward to returning and having an different experience during a different season. Highly recommend staying here and allowing Nicole to host you!

Wine Country!

We decided to take advantage of the weather and booked a last minute trip to the North Fork. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing adventure. The house is on a perfectly secluded street in wine country but fairly close to the beach. It is a terrific space for a kid to explore nature and learn about rabbit paths and the pond that is teeming with life; by the end of our stay, my 2 year old was imitating the song of the frogs. It was like he slipped into a wonderland created by Carroll. Nicole was the ideal host. She was flexible with our arrival time and no detail was overlooked. The lux bedding was organic and the Turkish towels were a lovely perk. Nicole provided denim slip covers so we didn’t have to worry about our toddler ruining the couches. And the mineral based hot tub left our skin feeling like silk. The house was fully stocked with towels, sun screen, beach chairs and all the necessary accoutrements for cooking. The communal table and living space made it feel like a dream family vacation home. Overall, the vibe is welcoming and the privacy was much appreciated! The house is rustic, beautiful and safe for children. I can’t wait to plan a girls trip to wine country with Nicole!
