This home has been remodeled with new
flooring, appliances and fresh paint. It
overlooks the Rock River with gorgeous
views and a walking/bike trail. It has a
central location to Prairieview Golf Course,
Motosports Park, Harry Cow Brewery,
Uptown Lanes, Cave Inn, and various other
bars and restaurants - many within walking
distance. There is WiFi with streaming
capabilities. Each bedroom has black out
curtains and a tv. There is also a new washer
and dryer.

This was a very nice property at a very reasonable price. We were just staying a couple days to visit friends, but enjoyed this property so much we're already thinking about renting it again!

Clean , convenient location

We came to town for the weekend to visit family. The place was clean and neat. Great location to local businesses. Great communication with host, I will stay here next time in town.

Great location and everything we needed

We loved the view of Rock River. Being able to walk to many options for dining was great. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Byron. Extremely clean!

Great location for the racetrack. Very nice neighborhood. Property was very well kept. Inside was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Visit to Byron, IL

The property was clean, and well kept. Location was with in walking distance to the downtown restaurants. Great view of The Rock River. An easy drive to Rockford. We would stay there again, if we are in the area.

Great place!

Perfect place to stay while we attended events in the area! Host answered questions in a timely manner and the house was immaculate and had everything we needed! We will definitely be recommending to others!

Clean convenient lodging

We were in town for a family event. Just needed some extra beds. We didn't spend much time at the home but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sitting area was nice for relaxing before bed. And the walking path by the river made for a pleasant morning walk

Perfect location!

This is our second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this beautiful home on the Rock River. We do an event nearby every Memorial Day weekend and the location of this home is top notch! It is only 6 minutes away from the event! The place is very clean and spacious,Walkable to grocery and restaurants, beautifully peaceful view of the river, quiet neighborhood, and the hosts are great! Answered any questions or reservation inquiries within 5 minutes! We love this place so much we already booked for next year already!

Amazing

This was absolutely perfect. There was a little play area close by that the girls had so much fun at. Their favorite part was being next to the river. Rock skipping and putting feet in the water. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property is clean and exactly as pictured. There are many stairs. I didn't consider this for my 84 year old mom.

Nothing short of fabulous

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was so wonderful! Impeccably clean. Modern cute design, no clutter, super comfortable beds, great river views. Coffee and sample size toiletries provided. Absolutely perfect, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Perfect location and great price!

A couple friends and I stayed here for a local event that was going on over Memorial Day weekend! It was fantastic! Close enough to walk to grocery and restaurants and right on the river with beautiful views! Excellent communication with the owners and they responded within the hour, oftentimes within minutes of inquiring! Accommodated us with an extra inflatable mattress, because there were 3 of us and preferred separate beds. That was my only reason for scoring 4/5 on accuracy of listing as it said it slept 5 but only had 2 beds. It worked out okay though! And the price was very reasonable! Before we left I asked how soon they take bookings because I will definitely be back next year!
