-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7pm
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC and Airbnb Standards. Walking distance to Trendy hip restaurants, bar and lounge " Calle Loiza. 2 blocks, 2 min walk to the beach. 8 minutes to the airport The home has independent lockbox access for guest arrivals with 24/7 check in/out anytime. Professionally managed for maximum hospitality.
