New and cozy fully renovated and furnished 75m2 apartment located near the Skopje City Mall. The flat has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, nice balcony, wifi, cable TV. Situated on the first floor (there is one apartment bellow on ground floor), looking at a nice green park. Free parking and public transport near site.
★ 75m2 bright, specious and fully furnished apartment.
★ living area with a cozy white couch and 2 armchairs where you can relax while watching cable TV.
★ 2 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom makes an ideal place for 2 couples or a family of four. Super King size bed 180x200 cm in the master bedroom and a Queen size bed 150cm × 200 cm in the second bedroom with an extra comfortable mattress and pillows for a perfect sleep. In case of 2 guests, only the master bedroom will be prepared while the second bedroom will be prepared upon prior request.
★ 2 bathrooms with spacious shower, one bathroom for each bedroom.
★ lightning-fast Wi-Fi speeds and a strong connection that covers every corner of the apartment, so you can communicate with friend and family over Zoom, have business meetings, watch Netflix.
★ 2 working stations, one in each bedroom - ideal for remote workers

The space
Eva's apartment is fully renovated in 2019. The space is clean, bright and stylish, yet very simple with everything a modern traveler would need.
There are 2 bathrooms for each bedroom. Both bedroom access the nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice view at the small park across.
In case of only 2 guests, the master bedroom will be prepared; the small bedroom will be arranged only upon request. Additional guest/s must be announced and they will be charged 15 eur/ day/person.
The common space feature a fully equipped kitchen with a nice island where you can cook you favorite meals. In the same space is the living area with a cozy white couch and 2 armchairs where you can watch cable TV.
An electric external roller blinds with remote control are installed in the small bedroom and in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all needed appliances for everyday living (washing/ drying machine, dish-washing machine, air-conditioning, oven, microwave, iron, 2 hair driers, toaster, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, heaters...).
