This beautifully furnished, spacious, and private luxury townhome is located near the airport, Downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, Hilton Head, SC, Roebling Raceway, Tangler shopping outlet, theaters, fine dinning, bowling and the local water park (two exits south on I-95). You will be located near anything you might need or want and our home will have everything for your and your guests to feel like you never left home!

Quiet Stay Near Outlets

The apartment was adorable and had everything we needed. It was a tiny bit further out than I realized, but that was my fault for not closely checking the location. It ended up working perfectly, though, as we needed a swimsuit and some supplies last minute, and we were just a few minutes from the outlets. Dee was also one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. She was immediately responsive and answered all questions, even giving us great suggestions for family-friendly activities. Her check-in and check-out procedures were painless, too. We would definitely book with her again.

DANGEROUS!!!!!

This rental was flawed from the beginning. The complex does not allow short term rentals, there is no check in process. The key was hanging on a hook by the front door for anyone to see. There was no phone number to contact. Both the complex and VRBO tried to reach out to the host with no response. There were no instructions inside the unit, no wifi, a phone jammer must have been present because phones would not work inside of unit. There were cameras in the unit that I unplugged. There was one set of towels for two people to stay three nights. The unit was very bare, almost sterile. The television did not work, no cable or wifi. The listing was taken down from both VRBO and Expedia while were were on phone with VBRO. This felt like a complete set up, like we were being watched, like a scene out of a movie about sex trafficking movie. VRBO should vet their hosts better, ensure that they are legally allowed to rent out their property. This could have been an extremely dangerous situation for anyone who did not have the awareness and law enforcement family background. It terrifies me to think of what two young girls traveling alone may have faced!

Unfortunately my reservation was canceled.

The morning of my stay I received a message the previous owners had tested for Covid and were positive, 3 hours before leaving. Though she did assist sending other options, it was just not viable because I was traveling with my dogs or for the cost last minute. We ended up staying at a local hotel as our first stop to FL and did not feel comfortable leaving our pets alone. We missed the Savannah Bananas game I had purchased for my son as a surprise and lost the $300 I spent on tix. I understand this was out of her control, but the previous renters should have been more courteous of others and ruining our plans providing more notice to the owner when they first got sick!
