Villa Tesoro has been constructed as holiday home and welcomes up to 6 persons with a lot of space and privacy. This gorgeous, new construction vacation villa is located in the south-west corner of Cape Coral very close to the Tarpon Point. It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are nearby. Be the first one in this fabulous new construction. The Camelot Park is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, which are also illuminated in the evening.The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 45min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Enjoy the fantastic intersection view on the canal. Electrically heated, the pool heats the water to a comfortable temperature in every season, which you can determine by yourself. In addition you can relax in the Spa which you can also adjust how ever you like it.

For enjoying a perfect Florida outside living you will find a cosy sofa set as well as a dining set on the terrace.From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 70'LCD ) you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. When opening the sliding glass doors you will experience a great inside-outside feeling.Villa Tesoro offers 1 spacious master suite with a king size bed and two huge walk- in closets and with direct access to the pool area. The master suite offers a private bathroom.

Bedroom number 2 & 3 share one bathroom which has access to the pool. Both bedrooms also have king size beds. All Bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for.Furthermore, free high-speed Wi Fi is available throughout the house.

All guests need to sign a rental agreement from Vacation Rentals Cape Coral prior to arrival. This is important, so please keep an eye on your email.
To keep nightly rates low and minimize wear & tear on our equipment, we charge $0.19 per kWh for energy consumption, this averages about 500 kWh/week.
We happily provide a few essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & dish-tabs to get you through the first couple of days.

New amazing house

We really enjoyed this new and absolutely clean house with its beautiful pool and spa. It has a fantastic water view and it is in reality even better than the online pictures. The location was convenient to everything.The house was also very well equipped, we even found comfortable beach chairs and a cooler for a trip to the beach. The management was very professional and responsive. All in all we had such a great time that we are already planning our next vacation in this beautiful house.

Very disappointing

The property did not deliver as advertised. While the house is nice in pictures, the management is awful. The second day we got there, the pool turned green. We called the management company. They sent a pool maintenance crew two days later. When they finally showed up, they dumped in a ton of chemical and said the pool needed 48 hours. After that wait, the pool was still not ready. The hot tub had the same issue. The owners were not willing to refund anything for this. In addition, the house did not have toilet paper, paper towels or toiletries. Those are all on your own. Not that it’s costly but shows the level of care they have for their renters. Finally, the house is on a busy street so not quite a peaceful as it’s made to seem. It is across from a park which was nice. Would never rent this house or from this owner / management company again!

We usually appreciate every feedback from our customers even if it´s not solely positive since this is an opportunity to get our service improved. On this particular review we want to make sure potential new guests understand how it came to this review. Unfortunately revenge reviews are something we all have to deal with. In this case the guest showed up with more guests than booked and had to pay for the additional guests. From that point it went downhill. We offer a starter package with toiletries for every guest. Dan was no exception and got the starter package. We service the pool weekly. During Dan´s stay we made no exception, it was serviced. It can happen, that the pool service has to use chemicals to balance the water(especially after heavy rainfalls). In this case the pool is not usable for 2 hours but not 48 hours. The pool hasn´t been green. The house is not located on a busy street and is additionally facing the opposite direction of the street so you can barely hear anything from the street. It is unfortunate that we have to justify ourselves in this way for this beautiful house, but as hosts we cannot blackmail us in order to avoid such comments
