This is a top floor level unit of this Stoney Creek Sunpath development which has upper private views. Located cross the street from the Hy’s Steakhouse, Quattros and the Alta Bistro restaurant. Marketplace is a 4 minute walk where you have all your shopping needs including groceries and liquor store. Courtyard and mountain views. Free local bus shuttle stops out front of the SC Sunpath complex takes you to and from the ski lifts all day long. The Whistler library is a 2 minute walk away. This Village home is ideal for five guests but could accommodate a sixth guest if a child as would be sharing a double size bed on the bottom bunk.

Stoney Creek ‘Sunpath’ is located in definitely the best location in Whistler with easy access to all outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping stores. The lifts and bike parks are all a short 9 minutes walk or ride from your front doorstep. The Whistler Golf Course and driving range is a 10 minute walk away. The famous Valley Trail runs in both ways out front of this complex. Walk down the complex pathway to the trail (sidewalk) and turn right for the Village Square and Whistler GC or turn left and you can go to Marketplace (3 minute walk) and Lost Lake which is roughly a 20-25 minute walk.

Living in the Village but not on top of the retail businesses, bars and restaurants so no commercial pedestrian traffic noise and peaceful. This Whistler Village home has a very unique location facing the private complex courtyard which features a salt water outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You have your own private front door entrance off the main courtyard and there are no neighbors above your private space. The bedroom floor is located on the top level of this development for added privacy and views.
