We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful place. It was so clean. The beds were spotless, clean and so comfortable. The view fromthe room was gorgeous. Easy access to beach and pool. It was so welcoming and inviting. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Loved the place! Having a full sized bunk bed instead of 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom was great for my older daughter. Also nice to have restaurants (and ice cream) in walking distance

Misleading Condo Listing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was kept like a "Model Home", with little regard to the livability of the renters. Every flat surface had pretty things on them, with little room left for our items. Also; the listing said there was cable television provided. After consulting with your tech people, it was determined this was NOT the case. A STREAMING PLATFORM was all that was provided in the unit. When at the beach, keeping up with the latest LIVE Weather from LOCAL TV Stations is imperative, when enjoying outdoor activities. The condo was nice. A bit "too" nice, actually.

Can't wait to return to this beautiful condo with the best views, awesome location and wonderful decor. Our small group spent so much time on the perfectly situated deck in between swimming in the ocean and finding great local places to eat. A

We had a great view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the porch, taking in the breeze. Our own steps down to the beach/pool area was a bonus! Beds and living spaces were comfy and the decor was pretty and contemporary. We loved the location and could walk to just about everything. Island Realty was a great rental company to work with. Highly recommend!

The floors were dirty; swept but perhaps not mopped because your feet got very dirty walking barefoot. The large area rug in kitchen was not clean. The shower in primary bedroom had a lot of hair in drain. The internet access went out twice and had to call the provider service. The refrigerator took 24 hours to cool and appreciated delivery of spare refrigerator for duration of stay. Housekeeping brought extra towels and washcloths on first morning because there was not a set / person. The decor was nice and saved money by using the available beach chairs. Chose not to use the pool because it was dirty. The after hours check in was convenient and appreciated text messaging for updates.

Exceptional Beachfront Condo

I'd highly recommend a stay here! Spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, and well-organized condo. Everything is tastefully appointed and feels brand new. We loved that we could step right off the balcony right onto the beach or pool. The location was perfect -- within walking distance of a Harris Teeter grocery store and plenty of restaurants, and only about 30 minutes from Charleston's historical downtown. Note that, as stated in the description, the elevator does not currently work in this building. There is no "out of order" signage either, which seemed needlessly confusing.

It looks to be professionally decorated. Everything is in the perfect place. There were plenty of towels, extra set of sheets, well stocked kitchen and lots more. You just walk out the door and there is everything right there! Shops and restaurants. The only time we got back in our car was to visit Charleston which is only 25 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo so much that we are booking it again next year. Rating: A++

Fully stocked kitchen. Proximity to and view of the ocean are well represented in pictures. Note that it is very close to the pier/public parking, so the part of beach directly in front of the condo can get busy. Not much of a walk down the beach to get to a more secluded spot if that's what your seeking. Would definitely return!

The owners recently renovated and you can tell the pride they take in every detail. It was clean, organized, and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked (and labeled) with everything you’d need. Beds and linens were comfortable as well. Decor is updated and beautiful.
