Welcome to our completely updated home in the heart of Speedway! Walking distance to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all of the restaurants, breweries, and local shops Main Street has to offer.
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, each space in the house was renovated in the Spring of 2022 with particular detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.

The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay.

The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table, perfect for board games or poker, as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey.

The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table.

This is not a house for gatherings or events as it is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Please include all overnight guests in your reservation, failure to do so may result in a fine or mid-stay cancellation.

NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
Any guests who smoke in the property will be a charged an extra $600 odor removal cleaning fee.

The stairs leading to the basement are a little steep so please use with caution.
Besides that we would love to host you and are committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay :)

Great location for race fans

Nice home that’s within walking distance of the Indy speedway. Also very close to main st, which has some nice diners, pubs and restaurants.

Nice place in Speedway

Clean house with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Loved the racing decor and games in the basement. Will book again when we have folks in town and need more space!

Great location and host

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and an easy walk to IMS Speedway. Also walkable to bars and restaurants on Main Street.It's on old house that has been remodeled a while back in some interesting ways with some quirks. Our biggest challenge was three adults sharing one small bathroom for a week but we made it work.The host was easy to contact and provided alot of great recommendations on local points of interest.

Indianapolis Convention

Great host and a great house. A group of us were attending a weeklong conference at the convention center. Commute each day was great. The kitchen was adequately outfitted for cooking meals.

The place was perfect!!

I had to come in town For a work trip with some colleagues. The place was perfect, it was close to where we had to work and it had everything we needed! John was a perfect host staying in touch I would highly recommend this house if you ever have to come to Indy! And it’s very close to all the great places you want to see… Indy speedway, cool restaurants etc
