The Condo is located in a secure centrally located complex - ocean front! ODM is a great hang out for many during the winter months. We have had the pleasure of making friends over 8 years with people from all over the world. Enjoy a cocktail at the palapa, BBQ or hanging out at the pool reading in the many beach loungers provided.

ORILLA Del Mar is one of the few complexes to provide shade palapas and chairs/loungers on the beach There is onsite management in place to help with any issue that may come up.

There is a safe in the unit, new AC unit in the bedroom but we never had the need - seriously, closed the windows if anything.

We provide the cable and internet. The internet and wifi are remarkably fast and reliable. We have a streaming stick there for Netflix etc. The complex has a back up generator -

HOT water too....

The kitchen is full of all the cooking equipment need to make yourself right at home. I love to cook and we supply the stuff to get the job done.

The balcony is fully enclosed with screen. Best improvement we ever made. That room is so lovely with the bifold doors that fold back out of the way giving way to beautiful breezes that flow straight back to the bedroom and out the lovely windows there. It is lovely. The back looks onto swaying palms and the ocean.

The furnishings we love because they are the appropriate
material for the environ. No musty smells - no must or mildew. I had the sofa covers and pillows made this year - every thing is just as it is pictured. Clean and free of mold and mildew. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper - we did that for long TV watching sessions! Just minimal looking but comfortable. There are two rocking chairs on the balcony where we spend most of our time.
