You will love this remarkable home in 3rd row on the beach, walking to the best beach in all of Sea Pines! The fenced private backyard boasts a cable railing wood deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and expansive pool—spacious open kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to gather in the extra-large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a vaulted ceiling. All bedrooms are spacious, and the master bedroom has a newer walk-in shower! It's the perfect home for summer getaways or long fall days. Completed Spring of 2025 newly resurfaced pool and spa with heating capability to enjoy year round!
