New! Condo centrally located in ViBe district

The Beach Haven is centrally located at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach’s Vibe District and walking distance to the cities trendiest restaurants, bars, cafe's and entertainment.

This stylish 3-story beach condo features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. First level has two bedrooms with a full bathroom - bedroom 1 has two double beds and bedroom two has one queen bed. Second level has the kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. Third level has one king bed with a separate additional room containing a twin trundle bed plus a large master full bathroom. (NOTE: sleeping limit of 6 adults and up to 3 children 16 and under)

The condo has a large patio off the second floor with dining space, couch, two hammocks and a propane grill, perfect for an evening of dinner al fresco after a day at the beach. In addition, the third level has a small patio off the master bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Other things to note -

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather or illness.

PETS:
We do allow pets, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. *Please remember to pick up after your dogs!* There is one time pet fee of $75 per stay.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you two days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
Street parking during summer hours is prohibited and you will be ticketed. Please use the designated parking spots given upon check-in.

BUGS and CRITTERS:
Remember that the beach can also make for an attractive environment for animals, pests and critters. Our home is well maintained by pest control service but there may be a chance encounter of a pesky critter on occasion.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

SECURITY:
Two outdoor security cameras are at the front of the house and overlooking the back deck area for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

This was the perfect place for our multi generation trip for Devoted Conference 2026. The host thought of everything that may be needed for guests during our stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, storage containers, measuring cups etc etc. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes in each bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay.

Perfect location and the house was lovely, very updated, and clean. Would definitely stay here again. We loved being just a few blocks from the beach to walk with our dogs and access the convenience of the boardwalk. Krista was so responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Very welcoming host that really goes above and beyond. It was more like staying in a hotel w all the extras! Beautiful home, a short walk to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Spotless home plenty of space even for a large family. Highly recommend.

Great House, Great Location

The house was immaculate and included everything you would ever need for your vacation. The location was close to the beach, great restaurants, and all the fun locations for kids aged 5 to 18. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Perfection!

This is likely the best rental property I've stayed in - and, I'm a frequent traveler. The place was just as described and very clean.I also thought our host (Krista) was really friendly and accommodating, which is almost a rarity with rental properties. I would 100% recommend this property and stay here again!

The three-story property was perfect for us - spacious, wry clean and well appointed, and close to the beach. Our family enjoyed the stay very much! Carpeted stairs were appreciated as we had two toddlers. The host was very responsive and attended small issues very quickly. We’d love to come back again!

Long Beach weekend

Comfortable house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a short walk to the beach and near a bunch of good restaurants. Krista was very responsive to my emails. Loved the house and that it’s pet friendly!

Exactly as described and then some. Clean, great location, plenty of extras. The house is amazing----did I mention there is a porch swing? Truly fab in every way. Owners made everything PERFECT!

WOW just WOW… PERFECT just PERFECT!!!

This property was more than I ever expected!! Had everything we needed and then some!! You could about pack your suitcase and go, had so many extras. Host was quick to answer any questions. We had a group of 10 ranging from 4 to 56, preteens and young adults included, it was the perfect spot. Would definitely return and recommend!! Thanks for making our first full family vacation the best!!!! The home inside, the decks outside, the location and all amenities were PERFECT!! Golf cart a great extra as well.

Fantastic Family Time in VA Beach

This home is beautiful, clean and has everything you could need and then some. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy for preparing meals. 8 of us stayed here, 6 adults and two toddlers very comfortably. We ordered Victoria's pizza one night and enjoyed it on the deck. There is a giant connect four game our grand kids loved! The best part of this outdoor space is two hammock chairs :)We walked to the beach one day and drove a short distance to First Landing State Park twice. The water there is calm and was perfect for the little ones. The hosts generously make lots of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon available. Lolly's homemade ice cream and Three Ships Coffee are both walking distance and highly recommended.This was our first stay in VA Beach. As a side note, Naval Air Station Oceana is close by and there are frequent flyovers.

Perfect accommodations and location!

This property is the nicest vacation rental we’ve booked to date. Very spacious, very clean, and the location is perfect. In fact, being off the main drag was better than expected. The area surrounding the property has excellent food choices for any meal. Also, there are some convenience stores nearby that made picking up a few essentials a breeze. Another thing we liked about the property, is the master is in the top floor. Common area middle floor. Kiddos on the bottom floor. Everyone had their own space. The hosts were great! Very responsive and engaging throughout our stay. We will for sure stay here again when we come back to VA Beach.

3 Moms & 3 Daughters Give The Beach Haven a Perfect 10!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and the owner. Throughout the entire process, Krista was timely in her responses and answered every (silly) question we had. The check in process was seamless, the home was immaculate. Every detail was considered for vacationers - board games in a family room cabinet, a junk drawer in the kitchen with extra chargers, plenty of cooking spices, cookware, and bakeware. The beds were comfortable, the towels were crisp, white and clean, the air conditioning on the hottest days of the summer was in perfect condition. The garage is stocked with everything you need for beach days including chairs, a beach wagon and toys for little ones. The location was perfect for us as we were in town for a little bit of sun and a Nationals dance competition at the Convention Center – we could walk to both. The restaurants in the ViBe district are awesome and the neighborhood is super cute. Next time I am in Virginia Beach, we will be back at The Beach Haven.

Beautiful Beach Haven!

We loved our stay at Beach Haven. Krista was wonderful to work with! The small bedroom off of the master was perfect for our toddler and infant to stay in where we could still be very close. The location is great and an easy walk for to get to beach and restaurants. The decor is a great coastal vibe and the hammocks outside were awesome for the kiddos. We had a great time and will be coming back!

Luxurious Stay!

Beautiful property blocks from the beach! Everything about our stay at the Beach Haven was perfect - they have thought of their guests every need! Beautiful decor, spacious rooms, luxury at every turn! Did we mention perfect? So highly recommend!
