Family Vacation at Bemus Point
Great place to stay with extended family. It was everything we expected it to be. Easily accommodates up to 12 people and is a good base for trips to the surrounding area. Guest house provided a nice, isolated “get-away” space for two teen age ladies. Large living room easily handles all family discussions. Dining room table available for board and card games. Large lawn with fire pit has plenty of space for yard games: volley ball, badminton, ladder golf, corn-hole, etc. Really enjoyed walking and running through the beautiful neighborhoods along the lake. There's plenty of options for 2-4 mile walks that are more than just a 'loop walk'. It was a nice surprise to hear and see the fireworks show from Midway Park on Wednesday night. We did not know that was going to happen. I'm not sure if it happens every year. We will probably return next year if everyone's schedule lines up.
