Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.

This location was perfect for us as our son and his family just moved to AR and this property is only a mile from his new house. We were able to help them get settled and also were able to enjoy a great walk at Crystal Bridges, visit two wineries, great meals at BV Bar & Grill, and enjoy downtown Bentonville. The house was the perfect size for us and our dog. We loved sitting on the back deck on the nice afternoons we had.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Easy access to get in as we arrived late. Although we basically just slept there, the house had all the amenities that you would need. Definitely would stay again!

Close to a number of golf courses. Loved the Tanyard Nature Trail. Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed forest view.

Lovely and quiet stay!

We enjoyed out stay very much. The house had all we needed and was clean and extremely comfy. The hosts were very attentive and available with our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick trip

We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive.

Great place!

Feels like you are in a secluded location but in a neighborhood. Loved being able to walk down to Tunnel vision and hike for miles.

Quiet and cozy

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and close proximity to Rogers, Bentonville, and Fayetteville. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, checking in during our stay to make sure we had everything that may be needed. Would stay here again!
