A family mega getaway with the top floor being a full unit with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The middle level featuring another 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. And the lower level with it's own bedroom. Want to gather as a group? No problem! Gather in the central sports themed common area inside including arcade, sports bar and theater room with shared large kitchen and dining area. Watch a game or movie in the tiered seating area! Even better, gather outside around the firepit or in the hot tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The cabin was great the check in process needs to be better. When you pay for a check in time and hours later still waiting is unacceptable. An offering of a complimentary later checkout should be up for consideration.

Perfect place for family reunion

Really appreciated that each room had a dedicated bathroom with its own hot water heater so that we didn’t need to worry about staggering showers! The lower floor with game room, long dining table, porch, and large community kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. Also, rooms were large and fairly quiet considering the noise going on downstairs! Great location for exploring all around Gatlinburg.

My grandchildren love the game room, so do the male adults. What I appreciated most on this trip is how timely you responded to the maintenance needs we had, and, obviously took us seriously. We like its location relative to all the area has to offer. These reasons are why we are coming back next year to the Skybox Lodge.

Mohn Family Vacation

The property was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Whenever they got back to the house they would play the various games that were available or watch a movie. We had a few minor issues but the rental management handled them immediately. If we come back to the Gatlinburg area, we will definitely book through Elk Springs Resort.

Overall a pretty good place for a group

The house worked well for our group. The only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults and the hot tub does not have a cover. The cold rain falling into the hot tub all day Saturday meant that it definitely was not hot.

Nice place for the whole family

This property was great for our extended family of 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 to 8 years old. Plenty of space for all. Refrigerators and kitchen facilities on all 3 floors. The kids loved the gameroom. The property manager was responsive to questions as well as to address an issue that occurred with one of the games in the gameroom. The reason this didnt get 5 stars is that the VBRO advertisement for this property stated that it was fully refundable up to a couple of weeks before the stay. However, once I reserved the house, the agreement that I was required to sign stated that the refund was in the form of a credit for a stay at another Elk Springs place...and that credit was only good for a year. This is very misleading.

The home was an amazing place to have our friends and family stay with us and they were impressed with the house we found with plenty of bathrooms, kitchen space and space in general to keep everyone happy without feeling over crowded.

Family vacation

There was more than enough space for our group of 16. The management company was very prompt to respond the one time we had to call them.

Great family home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is great for multiple families. This cabin has everything you need. The views are absolutely beautiful. We had bears visiting us multiple times. The game room was a hit in the evening. We had 18 people and had plenty of room. The only downside was in the master bedrooms the mattress could be better.The grill needs replaced, and the air conditioning went out on the top floor. They were there working on it right away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We chose this cabin because of the game room for the kids but several games were broken. Maintenance responded timely to repair them but a few games could not be repaired so that was disappointing but overall it’s a beautiful cabin.

Top Notch Resort!

We were very impressed on the cleanliness and informative emails. When we arrived the basement was a little chilly and maintenance was there within the hour. 5 stars plus!
